Killing Plan B approved by Senate Killers;House oppose

In the Washington Post article shown here there is the news that the Senate rejected any restrictions on abortion funding if there is a government option or if the U S gets to regulate who gets health care in their fake reform bill. The article is no surprise since most of the Senators are the most wicked group in America, who hold onto their offices through unlimited franking privilege and RICO-violation sorts of ties with ngo's and lobbyist ['you scratch my back and I'll scratch you' is their methods]; and with buying votes and influence with things like the TARP Obama-enriching-plan-for-criminals-and-thugs, and other big schemes, and big money-laundering.

Of course you know I am opposed to abortion for any reason. Of course you know I am opposed to corrupt politicians. Of course you know I am opposed to the premeditated slaughter of innocents! I must have written those words or similar a million times of more since 1991,and in a variety of methods and formats.

If you do some historical research you will see how arrogant ungodly corrupt and wicked the senate of the ancient civilization of Greece became before the nation imploded. When GOD punished Greece, HE did that so effectively that those people would be one of the most impoverished as a nation without funding from the U S in the form of international buying power of millions of dollars of money from taxpayers { US AID] .

The only hope for this nation is for the nation to turn back to GOD. And hopefully, the U S House that is closer to the people and has more often changes of people will not agree with the U S Senate and deadlock the Congress/and resolution/ bill to 'reform' health care into killing plan B. Where is that motto when discussing the tiniest Jews in the womb? Where is that motto when discussing the plan to kill off as many Jews in the womb as possible? Where is that motto when the Congress is laying a plan of evil to annihilate Jews in the womb? Where is that motto today 30-Sept-2009 in the United States when killing factories like gas ovens are in all big cities and running at full capacity? Where is that motto when the blood of Jews mingles with the blood of Christians and the blood of Muslims in the collection containers to be sent to be fractionated and 'studied'on glass slides violating every principle of the Nuremberg Germany laws that became internationally accepted after the trial of Hitler and his cronies? Sen Orrin Hatch tried to amend the bill to kill by protecting the conscience clause*, but the senate committee in the pocket of Planned Unparenthood rejected that amendment too, according to another article in Yahoo news today at: 2:40 PM 9/30/2009.

This shows how radical that Obama-killing-plan is. They want to overturn the conscience clause enacted by Pres Bush administration that allows Registered Nurses and medical doctors to refuse to participate in medical killing. The only outcome of that stupid and evil plan is that those doctors and nurses with a conscience will leave their professions, and by doing that, leave the wicked who kill for pay in the jobs. Where does that leave the sick ?

I thought once that Obama was only an educated fool, but now I think he is evil. With an evil heart trying to force a bill that pays to kill the vulnerable and that has no consumer protections from evil whatsoever. Those of you nurses and doctors who love THE GOD cannot participate in their plans to kill the innocents in womb, or the sick, handicapped or elderly. There is a very bad omen that the U S Senate committee owned by Planned Unparenthood is trying to undo the Hatch Amendments that have for a long time provided some protection to innocents. Congress: Vote NO to mandated killing plans

I am adding this photo of a human being in the amniotic sac to my blog today to remind the folks in Congress that a human being in the womb is human, and needs the full faith and credit clause protections of the U S government, and all state governments also. The debate that concerns me that is finally appearing today in the NY Times, though it was the issue all along but they tried to hide it, about whether federal subsidies to help poor women buy 'insurance' should be allowed to be applied to plans that kill. And whether the fake reform bill should include killing as fake medical care. Of course they shouldn't. And there should be no plan to kill in any legitimate insurance policy. And there should be no plan to use U S taxpayer monies to pay for killing of citizens either and that includes that evil hospice. Only a fool could miss the danger in plans that have provisions to kill off people whether in the womb, or in their 80's or 90's or handicapped in some way including Down's children. A plan that is controlled by the government [as government option would be] and that includes provisions to kill the 'unwanted' well, where does that lead? Could you spell N-a-z-i M-e-d-i-c-i-n-e?
Remember in the Holocaust it was medical doctors licensed by the government who 'triaged' on the train platforms sending some to death via gassing with Chemical B [Zyklon B or something like that]. And they based their appointment to destruction upon the physical appearance of a person stepping off a train onto a platform for a few second 'physical' of their strength and ability to work the concentration camps whether they lived or died. That scenario also happened in Soviet nation that was then the USSR when Stalin had gulags that Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote about. * At present the so-called Plan B of the prodeathers also involves chemicals used to kill the tininest in the womb--the class of humans you see in the photo above.
If the United States has become too poor to allow children and intends to start paying companies to kill off those in the womb, then I am asking all nations on behalf of the good people of the United States who have opposed killing, to rise up and fight against such evil politically. Make your voices heard in the halls of Congress. Oppose premeditated mass murders of innocents in the womb. Oppose Obama's plan to annihilate the children of the world. Oppose evil, defy the devil; but obey GOD and do not accept killing as a so-called right! There is no right to kill. Congress must not codify any such right as a right to kill by sneaky underhanded legislation pretending to reform insurance when their real goal is to codify the premeditated killing of offspring as a 'right' . Don't be deceived by those who think killing is a right. Do not listen to them. Do not make any agreements with them. Do not accept their advice on any topic.
The first verse of book of Psalms is written, 'blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel [legal advice] of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way [with, alongside of] sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. " Psalms 1:1, KJV.
Those in Congress and White House who are trying to force socialized killing on this nation are evil. They should not be in power. GOD is testing the resolve of the people of this nation by allowing them to have any opportunity to implement a plan of evil premeditated destruction of innocents. When any plan gives 'permission' to killing of the unwanted, then everyone had better be on alert because historically when that happened in any civilization almost the first group to be declared unwanted were the elderly, the sick the handicapped, the less than perfect and then when the 'plan' had annihilated them, the labeled the 'jews' as unwanted as a class and turned their stategy toward eliminating them.
Congress vote NO to the fake reform. Do not codify any killing 'rights'. Do not go along with evil to get along in peace. Do not sacrifice the nation on the altar of Obama.

For the United States to change the basics of government from one where humans have the right to life to one where humans become the property of governments to be disposed of at whim, would require a Constitutional Amendment, not a mere public law. A Constitutional Amendment must be voted on-- ratified by the people--and not just by Congress. Those who profit from killing know that the people would not ratify such an evil; and that is precisely why they are trying sneaky, underhanded camouflaged tricks to deceive all the people all the time. It is always a wrong to kill innocents with premeditation and planning. The article in the NY Times about some states opposing the federal killing plans is a start. To publicly discuss the true issues --does the federal government have any such right to mandate how citizens spend their money and one what? Does the federal government have any such authority to codify killing of innocents as a 'right' when GOD said and wrote clearly 'thou shalt not kill'. [Exodus 20:13, Deut 5:17 and in variations of wording at Genesis 9:6, and Matthew 18:14, and John 14:6]?
Does the federal government own the people of this nation? Does the federal government have any right to control all resources? Does the federal government have any lawful authority to mandate any plan to kill to anybody? What is the function of the federal government? If you don't know then google the U S Constitution and read it. It is about 4-5 pages long and then read the Amendments and then read the Declaration of Independence, then read the Emancipation Proclamation also about the 14th Amendment.

Obamites having a hissy fit-trying to fry my computer

I started about an hour ago trying to update this blog today and tell the world that Jay Sekulow attorney for American Center for Law and Justice sent emails telling all that the Obama plan intends to try to force churches and religious organizations to have to provide insurance that kills innocents. The spy ware that appears on my computer through fraud of Microsoft every time I boot up my computer, that is put there to spy for the government to spy on me AS I TYPE the words into my blog, is named "sniffpoll.dll" and it appears every boot up in the Windows/help folder. So first thing to do every am is search for that file and delete it from your computer--help defeat government spying on its citizens. And it unsets the instructions to enable TLS security. The U S government is becoming like the former KGB. Then after the unset an important part of computer security they 'sniff' the words I am writing, so if they contain the names of Obama or Clintons they try to use the Pentagon powers illegally [abuse of power] to shut down my computer and prevent first amendment liberties to me because I am not deceived by evil Obama. Then after they 'sniff' what I am writing they tried to fry my computer again requiring 2 reboots to get control of my signal on my isp account back from the pentagon. The Pentagon sends what is called radaremissions to fry computer harddrives or they try too. They also do that to aircraft that is carrying the enemies of the Clintons or the Obamas, or the politically incorrect who oppose socialism. That is why there are sudden air plane crashes every time Obama makes a speech somewhere--they try to prevent his opponents from discussing his illegal manuevers.
The point is the Obama plan is evil. Sarah Palin said so and so do a lot of thinking people. The groups that kill for pay and profit from blood and tissues of innocents have a lot of illegal power in the U S as they did once upon a time in Nazi Germany, and in the USSR when it existed. The nations that implement socialism do it by force. They make the people think they voted it in through tricks and fraud, but they manipulate the votes and who gets on the ballot. Today they are setting up the NY Governor who got to that position honestly as far as I could tell, to fail so they could put in someone more to the liking of Obama who seems to hate handicapped persons altogether. Obama does not like the NY Governor because he is blind. And he does not like any handicapped person or baby in the womb. Obama is an evil man, and a smooth-talking con-man like Made-off with millions of other folks' money Madoff is, and like most evil despots are. If you remember the warnings in the Bible,the serpent that represented the devil in the Garden of Eden did not tell the truth; but he did not tell the truth by presenting Eve with a piece of fruit--a bribe --to forsake GOD. And subtle innuendo, and not revealing the plan of the devil to introduce death into the world through Adam and Eve. No, the devil promised that stupid Eve that she would be like GOD if she only would disobey GOD. And is not the same evil promise of Obama, IF only the US would kill all its offspring, and IF only the U S would forsake the commandments of GOD not to kill, then Obama would be like GOD. Is that not evil?
I think so. I oppose Obama. GOD will defeat the Pentagon if they continue to try to fry my computer every time I try to publish the commandments in any form. GOD is not mocked according to Galatians 6:7 'be not deceived. GOD is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth,that shall he also reap." [KJV]
Congress: don't follow the devil. Follow GOD and vote NO to all forms of legalized killing which is what the so-called 'reform' of health care payments is intended to accomplish. It is a trick to attempt to create public policy legalizing abortion and that is the only intent of it. Congress has not been able to legalize abortion and the U S Supreme Court never had any authority to write law. There is no such right as the right to kill innocents. GOD is not mocked. And if that foolish and wicked Congress follows the devil-Obama's lies and con-words,the nation will suffer and be defeated by GOD. The Bible says that GOD is not mocked. And it says that the nation that will not obey GOD will be destroyed [Psalms but paraphrased here]. The enticements of Obama of something for nothing or a piece of fruit --in this case a piece of government mandated paper called 'insurance' to those in Congress who will sell out GOD is not worth the price of eternal damnation of your soul and the nation.

If you put in the word America where you see Czech in the following quote from the man-leader of a religious organization you have a good summary of the events in America for the past 40 years when the atheist Supreme Court ruled against the Commandments of GOD being taught, and tried to force removal of them from all public forums, and when public schools taught a contempt for the name of GOD in a revential way. The schools allow and encourage blasphemy of the Name of GOD but they do not allow respect for the name of GOD! America has also persecuted christians for decades. The Biggest Kennedy Scam Yet-Success/executor!

I hope the good people if there are any there in Massachusetts realize before it is too late the enormous conflict of interest in having the executor of the dead man's will and estate [who gets paid millions in that case] succeed to the places where the dead man raked in millions from illegal activities --bribes and kickbacks from BIG PHARMACEUTICAL and BIG ABORTION and BIG KILLEd-BABY_Processing_plants [euphemistically called 'research'] . How easy would it be to INCREASE the size of the Kennedy estate through continuity of that fraud, scheme, kickbacks, bribes and by so doing also increase the size of the executor's on-going payments from Kennedy's?. I call it organized crime. And in fact of these circumstances that Kennedy tried to arrange before he died, I think it calls some suspicion onto the sudden death of Kennedy who did not die of cancer, but of drugs delivered via prescription [medical killing aka euthansia]. In a way it is was a fitting death for a man who killed millions with his votes but to put the man who has a very clear motive to kill him, into his spot of BIG MONEY, BIG PERQS, BIG million dollar office and staffers that spend millions ? That makes no sense to me.
I know socialism is the form of government in Massachesetts that tried to mandate insurance payments for all three years ago and is now trying to wiggle out from under those ? And that tries to "equalize" the wicked with the righteous, when GOD said not to call the wicked righteous nor the righteous wicked?
In the news this am, it said there is a judge there with some sense and that Judge is considering blocking that Kennedy successor appointment. Well, what are you waiting for? Get it done! For the sake of the nation and the state of Massachusetts, and especially for the sake of the unborn children. Kennedy was complicent in the deaths of probably 100 MILLION citizens since that infamous and illegal Roe decision by his voting against human life for 50 years. Censorship of NY Times & Dept of Education

These are my comments that the NY Times blocked from

being added to their public comments today on the

problems in American Education, and that they blocked by
illegally spying on me as a citizen and by hacking into my
computer and by adding a 'sniffer' file to my computer when I booted up; and they added that through
illegal maneuvers of the Obamaites. The NY Times has secretive interactive files that spy on either Christians, republicans, or prolifers or all of the above that signal their system to try to block your words. And they have lately begun to hack into blogs and private internet accounts of law-abiding citizens to attempt to censor and suppress speech they don't like or that opposes Obama or those vile Kennedys or those vile Clintons. I adding these here because I am mad, and because I document every time I am made to endure prior restraint of my First Amendment rights:

When I lobbied as a citizen at the Georgia State General

Assembly, the State Senator gave me a copy of the Dept of

Education standards for the state of Georgia. That was

some time ago, I admit. But the fact of the matter, in

the list of standards was NOT one standard about teaching

anything as a teacher.There were words like how well was

the teacher a 'facilitator", and 'a community resource",

and how well did the teacher play with other teachers?

HOOEY,. as far as teaching students is concerned. A

teacher that is not given raises or praises for TEACHING

subject matter, does not teach subject matter but instead

strives to be a facilitator--blah, blah,blah. Subject

matter has to be taught specifically not alluded too, or

casually mentioned especially in the primary grades,

where the building blocks of all learning take place.
My own and youngest daughter was in middle school at the

time I had those standards and she confirmed what I

suspected. She said her teacher polished her fingernails

in the classroom while telling the students to 'work

together on their projects" in group settings. One

student would do all the work, usually the brightest

student and the others in the group would get the same

grade--group grading. If the project got an A the entire

group got an A whether or not some of the students even

showed up for class! And in that same year a classmate of

hers went to class less than 20 times in the year and

passed the grade.
The problem with American education is not money. The

Dept of Education gets something like 75% of state

budgets in some states and yet it does not teach basics

like math, reading, comprehension, writing, critical

thinking. It teaches social attitude-change like women's

rights, [those are important but they are not subject

matters for schools] and black history [also important

but not THE issue to be taught in primary schools]. It

teaches socialism not a republic. It indoctrinates

students instead of teaching them to think for

themselves. That is why Americans are falling way behind

the world in leadership and respect.

In order to be able to write on your blogspot blog now you have to totally allow any cookie of any evil group including the federal government. That is one thing the fake Dept of Justice anti-fraud effort against Google accomplished. You cannot cause cookies to be restricted in order to sign into blogspot. Despot Obama is showing his obvious discrimination against NY Governor for his blindness--his handicap, and it is a sign of the times. Obama is not in favor of any handicapped person succeeding at anything in any way, and abuses his power to try to defeat them. I am an example. I have a mobility handicap now because of eleven pieces of metals [nails and screws and metal plate] in my ankle and fibula from domestic violence against me. And because of that the federal government and the State of Colorado government discriminates against me routinely. They denied me due process repeatedly, they denied me the victim's comp funds saying I did not report my injuries to the Police but I reported them to the Univ of Colorado ER and six Aurora EMT's and surgeons, ambulatory surgery center, and two of my then-husband's probation officers. Who had a duty to report domestic violence according to the laws of Colorado. My point is that the Obama discimination against the handicapped is the issue. Obama does not want to give any funding to handicapped people and he does not want them to be a success at anything or even voice their opinions. The proof of that is in his policies and his attitudes toward the current NY governor.
Also about censorship, what do you think is the motive for the federal government trying to prevent Humana a private corporation from notifying its customers of how changes in the so-called insurance reform will affect them? I call that prior restraint of free speech! Keeping the citizens in the dark about the evil schemes is always the plan of the wicked. This infuriates me since neither the U S Congress nor despot Obama have any lawful authority in the U S constitution to mandate what citizens buy or do not buy. A penalty of $750 per person for those considered in poverty is a steep penalty. It seems to me the object of Obama's is capturing the wealth of the nation in as many ways as possible. According to the AP news today in article "Mass Senate to debate...succession bill" it reminds the world that in 2004 the Democrats changed the Massachusetts' public law about a Governor appointing a successor to a U S Senator that resigned or left office for any reason, in their effort to prevent a Republican Governor [Romney at that time] from appointing a republican to the U S Senate. Now the republicans are using that law to the advantage of those who are republicans and blocking the efforts to overturn the law in order to allow the now-democratic Gov to appoint a democrat. Call a special election and let the people decide and prove how 'democratic' you so-called democrats are. Because the entire world thinks you do political gerry-mandering--manipulating the system to put into office who a handful wants in there. Is the Christian Science Monitor CHRISTIAN??

I read an article in the CSM about a recent poll asking Republicans who'd they vote for next election and Former Governor Mike Huckabee won. That is good news for me, a Christian since he is also Christian and Baptist. But the way the Christian Science Monitor wrote up that article is shameful. They stuck in totally unrelated news about some sport team no one ever heard of, and they downplayed the meaning of the poll. If any polls have meaning,it is as indicators of the mood on the day the poll was taken. How who won what sport/game figures into the equation of the next election in the seemingly secular so-called Christian Science Monitor is anyone's guess. But my guess would be that they were trying to negate the results of the poll, belittle it, to try to knock down the positive effect it would have on most real Christians to know a Christian born again believer was first in the poll.Hey, that is GOOD news to me!
Thank GOD for the news that Former Gov Mike Huckabee who as far as I know has never denied or negated his Christian views, or born again status.

My Professional Comments to NY Times that they Censored

These comments are my comments to an article in the NY Times today about health care debate that allowed public comment, but put about 10 scripts in front of the 'submit' button when I tried to add my professional opinion to them. And though I clicked each of them 'ok' over and over again it would not submit my comments. I document when I am censored and for what. Prior restraint of free speech in a public forum is unconstitutional on the face of it. So I am posting my comments here so you could read them and see for yourself how far to the left liberal the NY Times and how they have an agenda of propagandizing for socialised medicine:

I have given this thought for years. Years ago I was hired to work in a medical doctor's office and that is when I got my eyes opened to the effects of Medicare. Medicare has some good points and it has some bad points. The medical doctor said he was doing so well on guaranteed payments from Medicare that he only had to take 5 patients a day and could take the afternoon off every day. As a woman who has Medicare early because of injuries I sustained from domestic violence against me, and then developed pneumonia and had to go to about four doctors to finally get a presecription for it, I know that the problems with health care are built into the Medicare_Medicaid requirements. If the first doctor had listened to my lungs instead of telling me I 'was too young to be having a heart attack" it would have been diagnosed then. All medical doctors know the symptoms and signs of pneumonia. But Medicare sorts doctor's visits into categories and if you are there for one category [like not 'time' for your inittial physical exam they provide' then you don't get a physical exam at other times. I suffered for months until the pnuemonia got worst.
Insurance is not GOD. Insurance is not health care. It is a way of paying for it. The companies that make the rules of what they will pay for or won't pay for, tend to cause dishonest people to flourish in the one category and deny the other; and also tend to make good honest people have to do without any attention if their particular problem does not fit the one size fits all rule of the time. One size fits all is not a good plan even for something as simple as clothes.
How could it work for something that involves complicated and high-level decision making by well educated and medically trained people when each person is different. Each ethnic group has its own set of genetic risks. Each gender has another set of problems particular to that gender. We are not carbon copies of any one else.
Health care decisions have to be made one on one. One medical doctor and one patient. Interjecting government panels and government rule books and government bureaucrats into the equation is not workeable in any other industry. Why would it work well for health care?
The plan of Obama -Baucus is to usurp the taxpayers money to recapitalize insurers, and it is wrong. There is no Constitutional authority for government to pump up one industry and ruin others.
Also in the isp news this am is a link that says "Obama will give you $2500 to go back to school". Oh really? From his own personal bank account he will give anyone and everyone $2500 to go back to school? How about some 'truth in lending' rules about President's promisess?

2) a question: what did B Clinton do when he was in office except allow bombing of the USS Cole and prevent prolife nurses from being employable, and give millions to the premeditated murders of innocents in the womb--all evil. Where in integrity in this nation? And in the 'news"?? It says that the Baucus-Obama plan would spend $856 BILLION to ensure 29 MILLION people. A billion has nine zeroes after it and a million has six zeroes after it so if you divide $856 BILLON / 29 Million the result is $29,555 premium for every one of those 29 Million. Now you know that when /if the fed government decrees that citizens NOT covered by their giveaway program has to match that figure of $29,550 annual premium for insurance this nation is going to be impoverished like never before. The premium at present for a single individual for health care are not $29,555 annually so you see that the fed gov't is already planning to inflate the money that insurers get, not decrease it.
I am sure that has been the tradition for at least 20 years that there are a whole lot of what is called "creative financing" in accounting lingo that is called embezzlement by ordinary people -- schemes to divert money in that figure-- a few billion for Obama and family,a few billion for the Kennedys, a few billion for the Clintons and how much for the Senate Finance Committee of legalized scam? The entire Senate is supposed to debate and discuss and vote on EVERY bill that is presented and every bill is supposed to be presented to the entire Senate. And a bill is supposed to contain one element of change not 453 [453 amendments already to obfuscate the 1000+ page redefining of a republic to a socialist nation resolution].
If you ran your company the way the fed government does like a Ponzi scheme of money from this year's taxes to pay the pensions and Medicare, Medicaid bills the feds would arrest you for breaking the law. But the U S government itself is a Ponzi scheme. There is NO money set aside in any of the federal coffers to pay those already promised 'benefits' to the people who paid into the system for decades; and the government is borrowing enormous, mind-boggling amounts of money from the Chinese, Russians, Arabs, and about 8 other countries.
Also this morning when I added that update about the Clintons someone tried to fry my computer again. The only entity that has the power to do that is the U S Pentagon according to computer repair people. This article written by Sher Zieve says Obama was the lawyer for ACORN in Chicago and that he used them to get elected with their tactics. They have a vote often motto, [my words] and I saw some of that attitude in Colorado when I moved my voter registration only to discover that someone had tried to hijack not just my name my entire name but also my identity. When I challenged that saying to Colorado Secretary of State's election staffer that the person using my exact name that supposedly lived on a street I never lived on or ever had any sort of contact with in any fashion, could not be registered to vote there using my name, and their reply was 'so what? " She told me not to worry about it that it did not matter what name they use. My reply was that it matters a whole lot to me who uses MY NAME and how!
I don't know anything about the ACORN that has caused the furor in the news but I do know that there is a professional organization of Operating Room Nurses [the ORN ] that has the same acronym of ACORN and that they have existed for decades, and they are a professional journal for Operating Room Nurses. Why they have not challenged the use of their name by a bad organization, I do not know. I saw the professional magazine when I first worked in the Operating Room of a big hospital in Atlanta GA and as far as I know it exists still and is also a professional organization representing Operating Room Nurses much like the A.M.A is for doctors. But the ACORN of the news lately is apparently a very different sort of non-profit doing bad things and that is why it is in the news.
I don't think much of Obama for many reasons. One of them is his ties to the same man he tried to crucify {Gov Blagojevich [?spelling] } who knew too much about Obama, and recently another man tied to Obama supposedly committed "suicide" for knowing too much. Knowing what he knew politically IF I were the coroner I'd be asking a whole lot of questions and sending the investigators into that case. I am sure corrupt politicians should not be allowed and I am not arguing in favor of corrupt politicians for certain. But what I am saying is the Blaogjevich,and the two financiers of the democrats in office who died this week seem to be two peas in the same pod with Obama and that is probably why was run out of office when most of Chicago politics is corrupt for at least 100 hundreds, and two are dead in the past week. They knew how Obama manipulated the banks and system and they died because of that. See who visited them ??

Update at 8:22pm after reading some of evening news about John Rockefeller IV opposing Obama's plan because of the effect it would have on the lower-middle class 'working poor' classes. That is exactly one of my questions also. What happens to the family with children who have income but not enough income to pay $14000 a year for insurance but too much income to qualify for things like CHIP or Medicaid? What happens to those families since that is probably MOST of AMERICA at present? Are they to be repeatedly fined every time they need health care and present somewhere without a government issued "health care funding' card? And is so,how long do you think it would be before this nation experienced a crisis as never before in the economic realm, when citizens were forced to emigrate to avoid breaking the law by becoming sick without health care? What happens then? Yea, people get sick without care now but they have the option of their church helping them or cake sales [as I read about in the news recently] but they are not fined whopping fines on top of the problems of sickness and debt! How does the plan of Obama really help anyone except Planned Unparenthood and homosexuals? How does it help families? How does it help families where the wife is the homemaker and not earning a second income who is already accustomed to squeezing dollars and "making-do" as my grandmother said often to me when I was a child? What happens to the entire middle class of those too poor to pay $14,000 annually for any sort of insurance and too 'rich' to be on welfare where it is paid for them? What happens to them? Do we just jettison most of the U S population so Obama could gloat about his manuevering and campaigning skills to persuade people in the U S to accept huge debts to finance a plan that is going to ruin most of America? What happens to West Virginia where Mr Rockefeller represents where Applachia is,and mining coal is the most often livelihood and so is the 'black lung' etc that goes along with it.? What happens to those people? What happens to the people in the state of Georgia in the counties where jobs have been scarce since the civil war changed the way of life there and impoverished whole entire families who lost farms, land, livelihoods and generations have not recovered? What happens to the poor and the handicapped and the 'unwanted' and the sick and the elderly in Obama's plan? And please do not dare tell me that they will be better off because you know that is a lie. There is no way to reasonably expect that a government that could not adequately manage Medicare for a percentage of the population could manage a program that covered all of the population. It is unreasonable to think it could. Even insurance companies privately managed went belly up in the past few years from acts of GOD that wiped out all their money and they 'managed' their risks by not accepting the sick or high risk. So how does the government think it could do better if they allowed the sick,handicapped, elderly, into the program knowing they cannot contribute to it? And how does the government plan of Obama plan for this? No mention. Obama is a fool but not a stupid one, he knows that IF he tells the plan itself not only will it not be acceptable to anyone, neither he nor any other democrat will get reelected.
I am qualified to speak on the subject of having injuries serious injuries and needing health care and being dumped by a State University hospital because that happened to me, but I prayed and GOD provided a most wonderful orthopedic surgeon who helped me from the goodness of his heart and who gave me the courage to survive. I know what it feels like to be in that situation in other words. However, I do not think my feelings are what should compel this nation to radically rewrite the Constitution and put the government into the insurance business. The governments cannot do everything and the things they should do are the sort of things that a man could not do for his household [or a single mother] and that is protect the nation from invasion, deliver the U S mail, build roads, float a navy, maintain a military. A man could provide for his family's needs with the help of GOD easier than a government could except that for too long men have been made to feel as if they had no responsibility for their families,and the "let government do it" attitude became prevalent even among churches.
Having said that, I want to thank a democrat --Mr Rockefeller, something I never thought I'd ever do, for saying that he could not vote yea on Pres Obama's plan as it is and why. I read Titan the story of the elder Mr Rockefeller some years ago and I was impressed by his committment to the Baptist church and to THE LORD.Anybody who loves GOD is a friend of mine!
I do have a health care plan now and it is government and it is one I paid into 'the system' to have for 25 or 26 years. I am talking about events that happened after I came to Colorado when I was married the second time, but now divorced a second time and before I 'qualified' because of serious and permanent injuries to me in some ways. I think there is a huge difference in a nation providing for its sick, handicapped, tiny, elderly, and in writing plans to provide for able-bodied young capable men. And plans that would make everyone too poor to buy the proposed plan as presented by Obama instantly criminals! Congressman Joe Wilson spoke for a lot of us who know that what Obama has promised in his Pied-Piper-lead-them-astray-plan-to-destroy-America, will destroy America and we citizens are NOT happy. It is morally wrong for Congress to set up a system for anyone to be labeled a criminal and fined for not being able to afford an annual premium of $14,400 [typical premiums for family 'coverage'] to pay a legalized scam which is all that insurance really is. If they pay out claims they don't make money--they figured that out a long time ago. It is a direct violation of the principle that one should not be jailed for poverty--a principle of Constitutional law, that America has always adhered too.
My question of Harsanyi is why didn't he mention the uncivilized word uttered on public microphone by Pres Obama in his listing of uncivilized behaviours? Courtesy to the President or cover-up, spinning the news?

Washington Post doesn't get it: Congressman Joe= Hero

I read the Google news this am the article in the Washington Post attempting to belittle the Congressman from S C who publicly denounced the President's lies, and their article infuriates me. Congressmen are sent to Congress to represent their states and their constitutents, not to be a ready made audience for a despot. In the Constitution, the Congress is more powerful than the President. In the Constitution, the Congress all 535 of them have duties to the nation that are supposed to consist of all Senators and all Representatives being equal; none having more power than any other. In the Constitution, the duties of Congress [read entry before this one for those duties] are the stabilizing force of the nation and when it is incompetent as it is and that is so since the Socialists got control of it in 2006, then the nation has no rudder. The President is not king and he is not more powerful than the Congress. There are three branches of government to the federal government,not one, not 250, but THREE: Executive, Judicial {Supreme Court] and Congress. The Congress has the power to agree to write new public law or not to agree. Not agreeing with bad policy is as important or more so than going along for the sake of 'civility' as the Washington Post wrote this am. The Washington Post by the way, in case you forgot is the newspaper that planned to sell access to their journalist and pretend it was a comrade supper.This is definitely the time for civil disobedience to bad public policy [laws] being created,and for civil disobedience in order to stop the funding of abortion and to end abortion as a right, and civil disbodience to government perqs to perverts to end the US government backing of perverts in high places and elsewhere. *
I think Congressman Joe Wilson served this nation better than anyone else had in the past several years by openly publicly denouncing lies! And publicly so that the nation is not deceived by the smooth talking con-man Obama.
The Washington Post doesn't get it that the political climate has changed in America. The nation, the towns and countries of it, do not want killing of innocents as an evil 'right' but want to legally declare it a wrong. The good people don't want a 'celebrity' or talking head pop star for President but a serious person who has the ability to think and who knows the Constitution as it is written not the Planned Unparenthood /Socialist version of it, reworded to elasticize evil.
The good people of this nation don't want the U S to borrow trillions of dollars from countries that do not even give their own citizens the right to own a Bible or to debate the politics of their own nations. The good citizens of this nation don't want canned propaganda spouted into our homes over the Nazi media airwaves of government controlled content on TV. { I am talking about political and religious speech and I believe all good governments should censor smut= p-o-r-n, s-e-x for sale profany, blasphemy over the airwaves.} But when the government decides the air waves cannot be accessed by political opponents or that the Supreme Court is under the thumb of the Democratic Socialist , or that ordinary citizens cannot protest anything they like in any way that is not violent or destructive, then the government is moving toward socialism at a galloping rate. I am certain that when the newspapers try to suppress the job duties of Congressman {Joe Wilson in this case] by ostracizing him, in order to try to pump up a failing President,then the newspapers have stopped doing their job of reporting the news and starting trying to rewrite the nation's history. I think all Congressman and Congresswomen had better be opening their mouths and opposing the plans of the socialists to hijack the nation. And yea if the opportunity presents itself then seize the moment, because IF Obama does not like to be heckled then he should stay in the White House and do what the President is supposed to do, and that is veto or sign the bills presented to him and it is not to lobby the Congress or pressurize them, or negate them.
I object to the beer drinking display of chummy chummy President with his cronies at Harvard. I object to the fact that Obama has given $100 MILLION dollars to the premeditated slaughters of innocents in the womb. I object to the goals of Obama to take over banks, production of automobiles [a failing industry in America repeatedly pumped up with taxpayers' monies because they refuse to make cars that most of the populatiion could afford], and takeover of health care, and housing, and real estate. GOD will heal me if I get healed since I have had four different medicines [antibiotics] to treat it. My point is I am alive in spite of the lack of medical care in some situations and in spite of wrong diagnosis in some and in spite of a deliberate effort by my then-husband [second one] to kill me. {Not to worry I am divorced from that devil now.]
I OBJECT to the idea that an insurance company whether run by the government with their dismal rate of success at running businesses or government, or run by private enterprise free market endeavours, is able to do more than GOD. The insurance companies are all broke, because they insured New Orleans and GOD destroyed it three times. They insured the gulf coast of Alabama and Mississippi and GOD destroyed those beaches several times with hurricanes. They insured places in Indonesia and GOD destroyed them with tsunamis. They insured Ted Kennedy and he died. And he had had the best 'health care' money and bribes** and /or abuse of his position could buy and he still died. Do not put your faith in any form of insurance--it mocks GOD and it says plainly they do not insure against acts of GOD and acts of GOD are the only ones that could destroy you. at about 10 am when I went to take out my trash from my aprt someone broke into my tiny apt and disconnected my internet by disconnecting the cables, but I plugged it back and signed back in and got it back. Breaking and entering to destroy is a crime in most states but in Colorado it is how they pay the Governor. Plundering and looting to "save money" so criminals could buy more cocaine and more government. And then when I got it back and signed into this blog of mine to add content to it about the problems government has already created by passing mandatory insurance legalized scams my computer froze as intruders tried to destroy my blog. Hillary's hackers at work again or maybe the ungodly catholics who recieve RENTS for this building, who bow to idols, and no god but their wooden head idols.
What I was trying to add as my computer-security [I have a good isp when cybercriminals are not breaking into my emails and my aprt to tamper with it] is the fact that there is an article in the Business news a few minutes ago that mandatory insurance plans for employees cost employers $10000 [rounded up by $ 20] and their employees nearly $4000 annually. That is the reason American businesses are not competitive. In India they don't have to pay $10000 per employee before they ever get a cent of profit. That is why there are not jobs in America--they are going overseas so fast it makes your head swim! Think on it. Five employees at $10000 each =$50,000 outlay for expenses whether or not you make a profit. That is very destructive to small businesses and to big UNIONIZED businesses also who spend probably $100,000 per employee on their package of perqs. When you are lamenting the problems in America, send Congress a thank you note for sending American jobs overseas by the millions and causing need to emigrate; and then emigrate to those countries because it is not going to get better in America. When Congress does it next deed to mandate insurance payments of $4000/ yr for a healthy family poverty is going to increase, destitution is going to increase because small businesses everywhere will almost have to fire their employees unless they are so prosperous that a $10,000 employee committment regardless of profits is not a problem to them.
And incidentally I am neither an employee or an employer but a missionary for the cause of human life. And I was never a p-r-o-st-i-tu-te and have no association with ACORN whatever that is. I know that is in the news because they had the audacity to protest Congress and organize a protest if the news is true. But whatever decision Congress makes about ACORN should not affect me--I have NEVER had any sort of connection or association with them and have no idea who they are, except that there is a nursing organization of Operating Room nurses with that acronym but if they are not protesting the hijacking of their name and acronym I am not protesting it for them. The ACORN that is in the news is some sort of scam apparently and I bet it has something to do with that ungodly pervert association of PFLAG and perverts in billing office of internet hosting companies.

I am adding this today Tuesday but also keeping the entry from this past Sunday. I think Rep Joe Wilson from S C is a hero! Please sign the petition to put the "Personhood

Amendment" on the Colorado ballot for next year, that

declares humans in the womb to be legal "persons" for the

Regarding Roger Cohen's article in the NY Times today entitled "Get Real on Health Care" I have these comments:
1) there is a huge difference in a nation providing for those who are not capable of providing for themselves such as the advanced age, or disabled, or in the womb persons, and in providing services to every able-bodied person in America which would eventually mean that the advanced age, disabled, in the womb, politically disadvantageous to the ruling Party' would soon be denied any meaningful health care in order to give it to those able to work but who don't or who prefer to buy $50,000- $60,000 autos instead of health care, or who don't like the options that government regulated insurance provides such as sneaky payments to abortionists, via sleight of hand billing; or payments of AIDS for homosexual sinful behaviours, that are known since about 1980's, etc.And of course this nation should take care of the veterans of wars who served this nation well and were honorably discharged from that. But should it provide life-time services to those who served two years or were not in combat, I don't think so.
2) It is not the function as described by the citizen-ratified U S Constitution for the federal government to be in the insurance business.
3) The U S government does not have a good track record of managing any sort of business.Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac went belly up from policies that were not practical and had more to do with political gerry-mandering instead of reality in the lending businesses. And the Medicare program is already bankrupt according to many sources in congress and that is a government insurance program.
4) The government cannot be all things to all people. It has a well-defined set of duties* and it should stick to those. One of those that everybody with any sense cares a great deal about is the nation's ability to protect this nation. Instead almost the entire military fighting machine if you want to think of it that way is out of the country fighting vaguely defined wars and providing security to the people of other nations, and have left this nation pretty much undefended. What is the purpose of the government?
5) Government paid employees from the lowliest to the President get perqs and travel allotments and in-training sessions at taxpayers expense that would be unheard of in the private sector. Maybe what the President should 'reform' is the president and Secretary of State's travel expense allotments [unlimited and with huge entourages] ??? And leave health care alone and let the citizens decide who their doctors will be and how much they think is too much to pay for five minutes of time with a medical doctor.

For simple explanations and trying to remember all I learned about the U S Constitution at the University of Georgia, the writ of habeas corpus means "where's the body?"in capitol offenses meaning a person is not supposed to be charged with murder if there is no dead body. Letters of Marque and reprisal means a license given by a government to seize foreign ships or goods; or later used to mean a letter from federal government authorizing the taking of other people's property by outfitting and authorizing what essentially amounted to thieves.

Where are Media Reports about violent prodeathers?

I read in the news about the prolife activist who was gunned down this morning in Michigan, and I am sad to hear that. Any activist for anything in any nation runs that risk and we all know that. Think of Abraham Lincoln the ultimate activist who defied 125 years of tradition to sign the Emancipation Proclamation of the slaves.

My question is where are all those volumes and volumes of laments from the NY Times, and the Washington Post and the bloggers, and the paid political op-ed pieces about how violent the prodeathers who gunned down a prolife activist, are? I remember that sort of lamenting and wailing went on for weeks after a killer was gunned down in a church so where are they ? Where are the outcries against the violence against a prolifer? Where is that NY Times article about how violent and evil those who gunned down a prolifer are? It is an hour later and not one word about how evil prodeathers are to gun down a prolifer. The double-standard of the current administration that praises those who kill and tries to silence those who don't.
The two-faced media are on display again.

Republicans opposing a bad plan is a two party system

Hey Thomas Friedman of NY Times:
your idea that if the Republicans oppose the bad plan of Obama it is creating a 'one party democracy " is a deliberate lie on your part. If the Republicans represent the cause of liberty, justice, and First Amendment liberties and the liberty to spend one's money the want best suits them, then they must oppose the President's plan to hijack the nations' delivery of health care. Opposing is involvement and it is what they should do instead of a go-along-to-get-along with despots.
There is a time for civil disobedience and it is upon us as a nation. When I was little my daddy had no qualms whatsoever about saying NO to me. If I asked if could go to spend the night party, he'd ask, whose her daddy? And depending upon what I answered, and if he knew the daddy, he'd ask, who will be there? And then depending upon how I answered, he'd say yea or nay. He had no guilt whatsoever at saying no to me and his no meant no. There was no waffling on it. The only tactic the liberal-spend-other-folks-money-socialists have is to create a lot of talk about how 'bad' the health care system is, and then try to take advantage of those fears as Obama did when his Public Relations team stirred up a lot of campaign speech about how Obama was going to be 'saviour' of banking, Wall Street, and auto industry and then when national panic fanned the flames, he got caught in his own mess. Now no one trusts him but those that get paychecks from the TARP funds that are huge windfalls [bought confidence, bought votes, what??] to them, and 'bailing' them from the messes they created by terrible and or absent leadership. Obama has already demonstrated to the public that he makes his decisions while drinking beer, and he has already sided with the BIG Pharmaceutical and the BIG ABORTION and the BIG BABY_KILLING_PROCESSING_PHONY_RESEARCH plants, and he has already lost the nation's confidence when he went seeking to control the Masssachusetts' legislature's duty to the people of Massachusetts to authorize a special election, and when he interfered into Officer Crowley's attempts at law and order. Obama has already demonstated that he has no sense of his job description [he is still campaigning ] and he has no sense of his limits.
Since I have had the occasion to meet some of those Harvard and Princeton alums in the past and hear the dogma they spout out, like Pavlov's dogs, I have no trust in them whatsoever to think independently, or to even have read the U S Constitution. Most of them think the words 'separation of church and state' are the words of the First Amendment when in fact that phrase is not in the U S Constitution nor the Declaration of Independence anywhere.
It ic fiscally responsible to oppose Obama and it is a duty to do that if his plans would be ruinous to the nation, and they will. They 'reformed" Medicare by adding killing hospice plan to it about 10-15 years ago and massive numbers have died in the 'care" of hospice since. They 'reformed' it again to pay for all kidney dialysis to keep alive those whose system [overall health] is so destructive as to destroy their own kidneys] and then kidney dialysis centers sprung up everywhere billing millions to Medicare. Then they 'reformed' it again to shift most of the medicare funds to the Pharmacy industry, and bankrupting the nation totally and giving to all the 'option' to have as many drugs as they want at $2 a pop. I am opposed to most drugs and that is no news but I was shocked to learn that a third generation antibiotic for antibiotic-resistant pneumonia is not covered by Medicare at all and cost $80-90. Pneumonia is a very common event among certain populations and antibiotic-resistant infections are fairly common [unfortunately] in the past 10 years as they became super-infections in hospitals, so for Medicare to not cover those drugs for living [killing the BAD BACTERIA so the lungs clear and heal] while covering en masse a whole lot of mind-altering drugs,really did sort of shock me. I have Medicare early because of SSDI from domestic violence injuries against me and permanent injuries and a lot of metal hardware in my fibula and ankle. I have not a lot of experience with it as a patient but some as a Registered Nurse. I have to pay $98 in premiums and then was billed more than would have been the bill if the government had not been involved in setting prices. When doctors are paid $200 for a 5 minutes visit that does not include any sort of physical exam, you see the problem or one of them with government fixing prices at a level bureacrats consider reasonable for their limosine health care plan but that main street considers outrageous. And then to allow the same doctor that already got paid $200 for a five minute visit, to bill the patient for more money is even more outrageous. I figure the doctor in my case got paid $45 per minute. Maybe that seems reasonable to you, but it does not to me and I am a Registered Nurse who did not ever earn $45 an hour. I am generally on the side of good medical doctors and opposed to licensed people who kill.
Reforming health care needs to include the government stopping the fixing of prices by government, and it needs to include life-saving meds and physical exams for the sick, not a wave of the hands dismissal of every complaint about physical symptoms. If I had not insisted on a chest xray since I had no physcial auscultation or listening to my lungs by medical doctor I'd have been in a lot of trouble because that xray showed atelectasis of my left lung! I had complained and complained when it was 'only' in the lower left quadrant of my lung, but the doctors said, 'you're too young to be having a heart attack' and they did not want to treat my pneumonia. If I myself had not been 'fashioned out of cast iron' as one person said I'd probably be dead now.
The point is, reform has to include reforming the government's price fixing at exorbitant levels that do not include physical exams of patients and do not require thinking, but do require a check list of tasks on the part of medical doctors and staff, and that require four doctors seen and paid to get a prescription for an antibiotic, when pneumonia is sort of easy to detect in modern medical knowledge.
And the government could solve the problems of the uninsured I think with these two sentences:
1) let head of household deduct directly from taxes paid into the IRS the full cost of all premiums and health care for the family;
2) let government pay the premiums for those uninsured and let the uninsured put the premiums on the private plan they want and that is best for their family.
That helps the issue of the uninsured that Obama harks on, and it keeps the family decision making power in the family.

Update at 9:07 AM again, after U S government of Obama tried to fry my computer and I had to reboot:
Congressman Joe from S.C. is right. Obama is a liar and I am so glad that Congressman Joe said that publicly. Thank GOD for bold leaders!
Obama is a liar because Colorado for certain gives medicaid and all levels of government benefits to illegal aliens, and they take them away from prolifer US Citizens to exert control, domination, and try to obliterate any method of citizen protest, and to attempt denial of civil liberties to protest the governments [First Amendment liberty]. I had many more benefits when I had the Pappas [confusion as to whether it is Greek origin or hispanic since everyone in Colorado thought it was hispanic] name on my name. When I removed that name from my name by Court order after second divorce, and they asked at federal building on Federal blvd in Denver, are you a U S citizen and I said yes,they immediately took away about $1000 a month in State of Colorado and federal government benefits to me as Colorado TANF [commonly called AND funds] and food stamps and SSI saying they I was 'not entitled to them ' any longer.
I know as a nurse that pregnant illegal aliens get immediately signed up for Medicaid at Denver Health and I know for certain that Denver Health does not care if you are a citizen or not but signs up anyone with any name and no credentials of any meaning on Medicaid. I had to go in person to protest to get my name removed from their list of illegal aliens [when my then husband in his efforts to shirk any responsibility for his crimes against me, enrolled me and I received a notice of it, and was not happy to be branded either hispanic or illegal alien!] and to protest the fact that it seemed that they enrolled me in spite of the fact that he makes $8000 a month according to the testimony of the man he lives with. So please Obama just stop the lies! I am certain Harvard U is not big on the truth; and that propaganda is their entire industry but you cannot fool all the people all the time. And thank GOD you did not fool Congressman Joe of S.C. nor me either .
Update again, I forgot to write that the situation of permanent injuries to my leg, ankle, gait, and abilities did not change--they persist, but what changed was where the money due to me went. I think the ssi money went to the catholic charities where I was living temporarily from May 07-June 07,when signed up [putting their address since it was the only address I had as displaced by cruel exhusband who injured me]; and the day after the person there asked me if I had signed up, she also told me I had to move to different location. The food stamps most likely are going to deadbeat exhusband's whose $8000 made by dealing drugs is not enough for his habit and who is always stealing, looting,breaking into someone else's place to take what "he can" since the laws of Colorado don't seem to punish thefts in any way since I reported thefts repeatedly and their attitude was oh well, who cares. And the TANF funds may be going to the DHA --not sure what happened to those benefits due to me. Or to the Victim's comp funds due to me that I suspect is going into the Governor of Colorado's slush fund for buying votes.
Update at 11:01 AM after my isp tried to put my emails I am sending from my very expensive isp service into the trash --which seems to be the new trick of the Obama administration via their catholic connections of Biden, Sotomayer, Roberts, Scalia, and Pelosi and the dead Kennedys. This is the message they are trying desperately to censor through prior restraint of free speech citizens' First Amendments rights to protest government, publish religious content and beliefs and oppose evil:
