Defeat Sotomayer by replaying her words to Senate

According to the Concerned Women of America in a newsletter to my email today Sotomayer said,
“Whether born from experience or inherent physiological or cultural differences our gender and national origins may and will make a difference in our judging.”
And then substitute in those words but put in your nationality and then when discussing this topic say as I would have to say by following a Sotomayer example, that because of being a white woman Christian I am going to rule in favor of all white women and Christians and disregard the written laws. And for you Jews on the High Court say because of being Jewish you are going to rule in favor of all Jews. And you Muslims says because of being Muslim I am going to rule in favor of all Muslims, and you black ethnic races say because of being black I am going to rule in favor of all blacks. And then see what the nation's reaction is. The fact that some of the Press is trying to smooth over her entire attitude toward life as if somehow that won't affect her decisions is unreasonable. OF COURSE her attitude will affect her decisions but the facts of the matter are is that the 14th Amendment supposedly guarantees to all equal treatment in a Court of law. If Sotomayer is going into any court room with the already made up mind that Hispanic people are superior to all other races, then how could she be fair in her judgements when she has already said that she would make a better decision [in favor of hispanics ?? presumably] and when she has already told Senators she would 'follow precedent' instead of the written
U S Constitution?
The U S Senate is not the stamp of approval of all bad decisions of the President but instead are supposed to be the counter-balance to bad decisions--that checkmate system to prevent national calamity. Of course we the people of this nation have not witnessed that to be the case in our life times to this point but instead the yes men and women of the evil groups like Planned Unparenthood Socialist Tactic of eliminating the masses.
Just vote NO Sotomayer or better yet insist on a better candidate. The U S is not yet merely a territory of Mexico and the latino government of catholic church. The catholic church based in Rome is the second largest government in the world and probably has more wealth than the entire U S but they should not be allowed to run this nation! Vote NO to Sotomayer, and start a Protestant Reformation in America.

NO NO NO Sotomayer! NO more rewriting US Const

I read the headlines in the news this am that said audaciously that 'most Americans wanted Sotomayer'and I disagree with that statement because I do not want Judges rewriting the U S Constitution by themselves. And here are my questions:
1) where did they get that information --paid for the catholic Kennedys, or paid for by the socialist party of Obama, or paid for by the BIG BIOTECH-Killed-baby-processing plants?? Where?
2) what methodology was used to write that as a news story and which op-ed editor secretly wrote it and where does he or she really work? Write for as in a paid job?
3) What process did they use to arrive at that proclamation and forerunner of edict from "King' Obama?
4) Who did they poll, when and what questions were asked?
5) Did they poll US citizens or so-called undocumented aliens to America?
6) Did they poll only those in favor of killing of innocents as a so-called right?
7) Did they ask for their political affiliations?
8)Did they ask if they had received contributions, or donations, or 'gifts' to answer a particular way?
9) Were they registered voters?
And here are my reasons for NOT wanting a Sotomayer on the Supreme Court:
1) she is yet another catholic and their idealogy is not Biblical and they are pantheistic.
2) she has clearly stated that she believes that hispanic women are superior to all other classes of people;
3) she has clearly stated that she intends to make decisions based upon her past not upon the written laws of the nation;
4) she has indicated clearly and repeatedly that she believes that poverty or bad circumstances for anyone growing up, justify the outcomes she wants to give them if they show up in her court; thereby effectively neutering the written laws;
5) she has been reported to be difficult to get along even for her staff;
6) she is not the only so-called qualified woman in America and she is not the only 'choice' though of course no one is deceived-- she was picked by Obama beause she is not prolife;
7) what the catholics want for America is not necessarily what is best for America but their goals are most likely what is best for the catholic church.
The Catholic church is trying to legalise sodomy because they think it will reduce their out of pocket expenses buying off all those sodomized children. But is facilating the goals of the wicked the duties of Congress? I say: NOT.
This nation cannot allow those who believe that hard times growing up empowers them to rewrite the US Constitution or the amendments to it, all by themselves. There is a process in this nation for changing the public laws and it is NOT supposed to be through, via the Supreme Court. The only entity allowed to make, create new laws for the public is the Congress and even they cannot rewrite the US Constitution including the right to life without getting ratification by 2/3 of the States.
So Sotomayer is not the next 'saviour' of America though I am sure that Planned Unparenthood sees her wishy washy pretending but hard-core feminism as being the 'saviour' of their baby-killing machinery and illegal immoral activities and their ticket to bypass the RICO act being used against them for that whole elaborate propaganda machinery that facilitates, promotes, advocates for, pays for the premeditated killing of innocents in the womb.
8) Also I am opposed always to secretive government 'agreements' amongst U S Senators and potential Justices on the Supreme Court. All hearings and all words spoken concerning confirmation and hopefully not confirmation hearings on any person, for any position, should be in the public record,i.e. the transcript of proceedings in Congress and not behind closed doors of a 'you scratch my back I'll scratch yours' sort of illegal alliances between the Senate and the Supreme Court. Vote NO to secretive government proceedings!
I say NO NO NO NO NO to Sotomayer.. Find a PROLIFER Justice and one who believes that there is ONE GOD and ONE LORD over all and it is not Obama or the pope.

And if you need more reason to vote NO to another catholic, I will give you a clear and convincing one. I live in a building managed by catholics and they gave me an ultimatum to sell my car or they would confiscate it without due process and without legal authority. Since I did not have the time to mount a legal challenge to that ultimatum delivered with a week's notice I sold it for a pittance but at least I did not have to give it to the catholics running this building for DHA. They are typical of catholics since all of them I have encountered in Colorado in the six years I have lived here tend to believe that they can lie, cheat, steal, swindle and kill if need be to get what they want. They are like that Jezebel in the Bible who murdered a man to get his property. I have also endured violent attacks against me by another catholic my second exhusband who being true to his false doctrine religion believes he is also 'entitled' to kill, plunder, loot,destroy and maim as long as he robs people because he believes the 'good thief' goes to heaven since he was taught that by catholics.
NO MORE CATHOLICS in high places! There are already too many of them in place and the US has almost ended because of it. The idolators of Nancy Pelosi and Ted Kennedy and the four of them on Supreme Court have nearly destroyed the nation and they have bailed those who robbed, swindled, cheated embezzled and destroyed.Get someone on the Supreme Court who believes there is a GOD and ONLY ONE GOD and that HE reigns over all, and that HE has Commandments. Could U Spell S-A-B-O-T-A-G-E-D Train?

Well, the obvious question is who sabotaged the Washington Metro Train and why? Which of the Clintons or Obama's enemies were on that Metro Train? The Clintons have disposed of several of their enemies in fake "accidents" or planned-assassinations-concealed or not so concealed and then the Press did the rest covering up. My guess is that the Clintons or Obama were behind that Metro Train sabotage too. Let the news publish all the news of all the passengers and see what connections they had to the Obama-Clinton regime; or to the planned killing establishment of the underworld mafia or to the planned killing establishment of Planned Unparenthood and their billion dollar killing machinery. News: publish the names and political connections of those on the metro train. Do some real investigative reporting instead of only publishing what the White House sends you. Show some of that male quality commonly known as b-a---. Ask who, what, when,where, why?

Also I read this am in the BBC news an article ' Twitterers defy China Firewall" a quote by "law graduate Jiangsu" and a phrase from it sticks in my mind: "a mind revolution"; and it was about what is happening in China as the Chinese government in its effort to prevent its subjects from learning what else is going on in the world is building a GIANT firewall to prevent internet traffic into or out of China. Of course they have to know that is a doomed and futile effort and the waste of billions of their currency. But meanwhile back at the ranch, their subjects are raising FINALLY the question of what happened at Tiananmen Square when tanks rolled over and crushed and totally annihilated some of their subjects who were protesting the government. I remember that event in the news and I was and am horrified by it. It is time, waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past time for that nation to be protesting that evil. Maybe the Metro Train so-called accident was a Tiananmen event in the U.S. carried out by the U S government's Pentagon that is the only entity that controls every mode of transportation in the U S under the "War Powers Act' that gives the U S President unconstitutional power to 'declare war' on an entity all by himself.
What secret was in the knowledge of what person on that train? Remember how suddenly as soon as Obama realized the Chicago corrupt political machinery KNEW a whole lot about how he manufactured that financial meltdown to use it as the ticket to the White House that Obama had to suddenly grow a conscience and remove Blago from power? Of course the real intent was not to clean up politics in Chicago but to discredit forever Blagojevich for his insider knowledge of how Obama manipulated the internet and how he suppressed Republicans writing on the internet and how he manipulated votes of voting machines across the nation with the exact same methods used to crash that Metro Train. It is right that corrupt politicians, Judges, lawyers and government bureacrats be removed from power but the motives as in anything do matter.

Update at 7:41 AM after reading Washington Post article, "Train operator apparently hit brakes before crash" and this quote on page 2 of article:
"Metro officials also did not install critical software revisions...". Now anyone who has owned a computer or done anything with a computer even as simple as writing a political or religious blog or creating a website or installing software patch to plug a 'hole' in security that allow exploitation of that 'hole in security' knows that the failure to update software totally disables a computer and that it allows 'takeover ' of the computer by cybercriminals. I actively try to keep my computer up to date and to install patches and security upgrades and I monitor that at my skill level for I.T. and yet the Obama Administration managed to take down 153 of my CHRISTIAN content websites for opposing Obama-Clinton-Planned-Annihilation-of-human-race-regime. And they did it in surreptious ways using insider knowledge of how I paid for my account by takeover of banks' info and they did it with the impetus of the perverts in Congress and their sodomite lesbian abominations in the halls and bedrooms of Congress. I know for certain that exploiting holes in security on computers is one task Obamites are really very good at it, and the Clintonistas also.* Their goal to socialize America is on target and they are using their hoodlum training to sabotage and try to intimidate the citizens of this nation, in order to try to install the killers-of-the-population-in-high-places like the U S Supreme Court, and the DHHS by putting there a woman chosen because she believes killing of innocents is a so-called right. [Sebelius from hell; who probably assassinated that Tiller the killer because he KNEW how much he paid her and for what].

in my email today there was a suspicious email with these words in the subject line: 'you have seven days to escape.." .Well, I am not in prison and not guilty of any crimes unless protesting Obama and Clintons have become crimes in their attempted overthrow of the U S government and U S Constitution. So I read that email as a threat to me. Feinstein Prodeather says Sotomayer prodeather

In the Yahoo News tonight is reported that Diane Feinstein radical prodeather from the State of godless California says that Sotomayer is acceptable to her brand of law of lawless merciless murder of innocents in the womb. She did not say that in so many words of course but she did say that Sotomayer will go with the 'precedent' of Roe V Wade instead of the written US Constitution and Amendments. These not-United States does not need any more lawless Judges on any bench! If Sotomayer has no intention of following the written agreed upon, ratified U S Constitution and Amendments then vote NO SOTOMAYER.

And remember this: 'precedent ' is a loosy-goosy term --undefined and totally elastic. Which precedent would she follow? The slave-owning right of 1776-1845? Or the precedent of killing Jews for pleasure? Or the precedent of hanging black men ? Or the precedent of raping white women in Indian territory? Or the precedent of pedophilia the catholics are trying to establish as a so-called 'right'? But of course we all know Feinstein puppet of Planned Unparenthood means the precedent of killing innocents in the womb. If GOD would do this nation a favor and get rid of all the prodeathers in power and all the reprobate abominations in power and somehow through the love of GOD put people in high places with respect for the laws of GOD, this nation would be saved from destruction.

He has spent Millions to destroy innocent humans in the womb in nations around the world. And in the news today in his usual two-faced voodoo economics he is telling the perverts of the nation a group of people that are not one percent of the nation that he will bow down to them and raid the federal till for them to encourage their perversion and further erode respect for GOD's laws. Obama is a horrible President and he is destroying the nation by flaunting the laws of GOD in the face of GOD. He is a prime example of a Harvard graduate with a degree in basketball and con-games, who would not have been accepted there if not for the color of his skin and the federal big money carrot to Harvard [as all federalized Universities get] to accept him and graduate him. And Sotomayer is more of the same. Two peas in the same pod. Sotomayer herself admitted her grades in her Ivy league federalized program were not up to par but that she was allowed because she is not traditional. Promoting the perverse, the teeny minority of perverts in the nation is not the duty of the President and neither is jet-setting around the world begging for money! Only a Harvard grad could say in the same breath that the U S is totally bankrupt and then tell the nation that the solution is to borrow TRILLIONS of dollars from governments that are not republics and do not allow liberty to vote, or have children to their subjects.Trillions of dollars to reward crooks on Wall Street and crooks in GM and so called executives who totally destroyed their companies and some of those companies were more than a hundred years old; and trillions that could never be repaid and has made the U S a beggar nation beholding to every foreign power in the world. Perverse reprobate thinking seems to be the Obama brand.
I know that Obama thinks he is GOD but he is NOT. There is a GOD and it is not him.

Update Wed 17-June-2009 at 10:12 AM after reading the Yahoo news article about Obama's next plan to destroy America of federalizing the banks AND health care, and his plan to create yet another way of siphoning money out of the households and into the federal government.The news article said he plans to federalize the Federal Reserve even more to control /regulate banks more [that stick and carrot approach] and to 'create new consumer protection agency" to as his 2 barrell shotgun approach to destroying the credit and creditability of the United States all at once. Well, let me sum up the so-called federal agencies that ALREADY existed when Obama took office and obviously were not doing what they were paid to do:
1) SEC that supposedly oversees and prevents consumer fraud in investing that allowed Mad-off with 50$ million embezzler to have their 'good housekeeping seal of approval ' for years; and then there is:
2) FDIC that supposedly guarantees consumers against losses but probably only guarantees maybe five percent of the trillions lost by U S banks that happened when banks were forced by the feds to make loans to those who had no way to repay them, not down payment and no investment in the properties they bought; and then there is the:
3) OCC -Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, who devalued all US money when he ordered new paper money printed but did not take the old money out of circulation in the past few years.
And then there is the:
4) Office Of Thrift Supervision that was the so-called cure for the first meltdown of the real estate market years ago when Trust companies went belly up after following the same federal rules of enforced lending to minorities that had no way to repay them; and then there is the:
5) National Credit Union Administration {NCUA} that has regulated credit unions supposedly but of course they do not ever ever regulate the federal ones that the U S Senators use of the State ones that the state governments use that use their powers to snoop and spy on citizens through their accounts.
Now then, since all five of these so called regulatory agencies obviously failed right precisely when Obama and his grandmother on the board of government regulatory agencies of banks, arrived on the scene, should any U S citizen or any head of any government anywhere trust Obama's lack of integrity in this area? Or his lack of integrity when he signed the death warrants for as many innocents in the womb as $100 MILLION would pay for; or when he destroyed Wall Street by bailing criminals and embezzlers,or when he announced he intends to bring the full force of the wrath of GOD on America by his pen-stroke to 'legalize' abominations that GOD HIMSELF said HE HIMSELF would destroy nations for allowing?
Get a grip on reality. Obama will destroy this nation IF Congress does not be the gridlock that stops him.

Humans are HUMAN no matter how tiny or young

This above you see is a watercolor sketch I did quickly from a medical photo of a human being in the womb and is intended to show the world that at 7 weeks after fertilization the tiny human is obviously human.Also read these medical facts I wrote in narrative form and there are also references at the end of the article that will provide more prolife info for you.
From Embyro to Fetus in the womb : medical facts

There are several distinguishing features of the

transistion of an embryo to a fetus. Both of these words

are medical terms for a certain stage of development in

the womb. There is no abrupt change from the embryo to

the fetus. Instead there are cumulative changes that are

evolving day to day. The embryo changes from an

amorphous shape to more of a tiny human with all parts.

Also all of the major body organs have either appeared

or the precursor of them has developed. As the embryo

survives the second month in the womb, and is alive at

the beginning of the third month, the tiny human is less

vulnerable to the effects of disease in the mother, or

radiation of the mother, or medicines the mother may

have taken. Of course women who are pregnant should

never drink alcohol or use drugs! At any stage of the

pregnancy the baby in the womb is harmed by alcohol, and

many drugs have teratogenic effects. The term fetus is

appropriate after the major organs are either formed

entirely or the precursor of them is present e.g. for

the kidney. The fetus is still vulnerable but not as

much so, since the tiny human has a larger body and

therefore it would take larger doses of medicines

through the placenta to harm the tiny being, and the

tiny baby also has more developed organs to filter the

medicines that might pass to the baby through the

placenta. At the end of the first month after

fertilization the human embryo is about a quarter of an

inch in length from the top of the flat bulbous like

head to the end of the emerging legs that look at first

like a tail. Most of the organs are beginning to take

shape as the cells continuously divide and

differentiate. The tiny human develops by a 'blue print'

that is built into the chromosones and genes that the

tiny human received from the mother and from the father.

Twenty-three chromosones come from each parent in most

instances. In Down's syndrome the chromosones are

different. The baby's brain develops first since it is

needed first. The wisdom of GOD in creating humans is

obvious if you really study human anatomy and physiology

much. The outlines of eyes appear and a primitive mouth

and by 30 days after fertilization the three primary

parts of the brain are present , and the eyes, ears, and

nasal passages have begun to develop. The beginnings of

the backbone is present but that first month the tiny

embryo is sort of hunched together in a C shape. There

is no discernible arms or legs yet but the "tail" will

become legs. The heart will have started beating even

though it is not completely formed. The tiny human has

a closed circulatory system that includes the baby's own

blood vessels and also the umbilical cord and placenta

to the mother. The digestive tract opens from the mouth

downward for the first time on about the 28 th day

after fertilization by the male sperm. The liver appears

by about the 21 st day after fertilization. The thyroid

gland begins to form. The stomach, intestines,liver and

pancreas are there but there is no anus yet. The lungs

are not developed yet. Lung buds begin about day 27 and

the trachea [windpipe ] appears a few days after that.

By the time the tiny being would be called a fetus he or

she would have gained weight to one gram or about one-

thirtieth of an ounce, which is not as much as an

aspirin tablet but for the tiny human it is significant

progress since it means a 50-fold gain in body mass

gained during the second month over again what the tiny

human weighed at the end of four weeks after

fertilization. By day 31 muscles appear in the pelvis

and arms and legs begin to form and look sort of like a

bud on a tree in bloom.The valve separating the chambers

of the heart appear on day 31 or soon after. The germ

cells [sex determining] move along the mesoderm toward

the genital ridges and will form either ovaries or

testicles. By day 32 the caudal muscles appear [in what

becomes the baby's behind] and the last pair of gill-

like arches that will develop into lungs appears. By day

33 the cerebral cortex in the brain develops. By day 34

more of the muscles that will become the thighs and legs

develop and the stalk that separates the baby from the

yolk sac lengthens. By day 35 the primitive germ cells

have arrived in large numbers near the ridge that

develops into the kidney. And the olfactory part of the

brain that regulates small is present in the brain. By

the fifth week the tiny human is 8 millimeters or one-

third of an inch long from crown to rump and weighs

about 1/1000 of an ounce. The jaws are forming and the

face is beginning to look like a human face. The

umbilical cord is present and is the only part connected

to the placenta. The pituitary gland is forming in the

middle of the brain. The pharynx branches into the two

parts that will go to each lung. The membranes

[peritoneum] that separate the intestines form the chest

have formed and separate the lungs,heart and trachea

from the stomach and intestine. By day 36 the arm and

legs buds appear, and the 'tail' starts to shrink and

the baby may start moving about.
By day 37 the intestines have grown enough that they are

beginning to curve into their adult shape. The brain

stem that controls respiration is recognizable. By day

38 the jaws of upper and lower begin to look symmetrical

and with an mouth between them and the eye muscles have

begun to form in the orbits. Hands that look more like

paddles form and then when the fingers elongate they

look more like hands. The insides of the baby have grown

so fast that they sort of bulge and could be seen easily

through the almost transparent skin of the baby. By day

39 the nerve fibers are present to connect the sense of

smell of the olfactory nerves. By day 40 the pigment

[color] of the eyes could be seen through the

transparent skin also. The jaws are well formed and the

teeth, and facial muscles are forming also. The gill

arches disappear and the diaphragm appears that moves up

and down in respirations though the baby does not

breathe in the womb but later sort of practices that

effort. The liver starts producing red blood cells and

takes over from the yolk sac. By day 42 the reflexes

being and fingers and toes are more visible and the

beginnings of gonads are visible. By the sixth week the

fetus is 13 millimeters or half an inch long from crown

to rump. Cartilage that will become bone appears. The

head seems huge in relation to the rest of the body and

bends forward onto the chest since baby is still sort of

a C shape. Fingers appear. And the mammary glands begin.

The stomach and intestines rotate into position, muscles

lengthen and both cartilage and bone are visible in the

forming skeleton. The kidney has begun with the

pronephros the first but non-functioning kidneys. By day

44 the retinas of the eyes form, and also the palate of

the mouth and and the canals of the ear. By day 46 the

gonads are formed either ovaries or testicles so the sex

of the baby. Viola by day 48 after fertilization the

tiny human looks like a human! And is definitely a

fetus.

Publish the Stats of babies alive because Tiller died

I think you will see my original sketch of a tiny human being in the amniotic sac of waters that is the shock absorber for the baby.And I am adding this here because :
I read in the NY Times this am that Tiller the killer's abortion mill has not reopened and I say "THANK YOU TO GOD IN HEAVEN ABOVE FOR THAT GOOD NEWS" as my prayer today. The Fox News said Tiller the killer killed 60,000 tiny humans over 20 years time so I reasoned using those probably underreported statistics by the killing factory to Fox News, that probably this morning 600 tiny humans are alive because Tiller's killing factory was closed for a week. I am praying that it NEVER reopens and that every killing factory in the U S and abroad shuts down in whatever method GOD chooses to do that, and that innocents in the womb are allowed to live and be born alive and thrive!

Republicans, stop pandering to catholic church

I read in the google news about how the Republicans are looking for some way to not vote for a racist woman who believes she is superior to others because she is hispanic. I have a great idea--why not apply the U S Constitution rules? If she was born to Peurto Rican parents she is not a citizen since Peurto Rico is not a state in this union of states. And the entire idea of nine justices on the Supreme Court was to faciliate diversity.What is diverse about six of nine justices all of the same cult of catholicism? How about getting someone on that Court who believes there is a GOD and it is not the pope-man. Pimping for the catholic church is not supposed to be the role of the US Senate though the nation knows there are some prominent idolators in the U S Senate.

Also, I read in the news about the Air France plane that plummeted to sea either in two halves or intact, and I wonder why does no airline company ask the obvious questions like what was the plane's internet connection to the Tower and what operating system on board and what interference from other nations like the U S Pentagon occurred at same time? Because I know for certain that the U S government Pentagon has the power to knock a plane out of the sky with what is called 'radar jamming ' and that they employ that method when they have whom they consider political opponents on board. I noticed in the news that one of those who died on board that plane was into computer technology. What is his connection to Obama and Obama's newest socialist plan to take over the web? And what did he know about Obama and his connection to the Chicago corrupt politicians and when did he know it? And what was the motive for the government to jam the radar flying equipment of the plane? And what were the practices of the medical doctors who died --abortionists by any chance? And what did they know about Obama's connection to Planned Unparenthood that gave billions to get him elected? And what were the political ties of those onboard? And who were their enemies?
I know many planes have crashed and I think there is a connection between those events and I think when the airlines start asking the right questions of the right agencies they will begin to connect the dots so to speak to piece together what really happened, time after time.

Carhart Makes me sick to my stomach!

Carhart is another that when he goes back to hell where he belongs the world will be MUCH better off without his gruesome, disgusting, evil trade in human flesh and blood. He turns my stomach. And as for all you prodeathers who say you believe in the so-called right to kill, why don't you allow that evil Carhart into your house with a chain saw to dismember one of your family members and decapitate the person and then write about how much you support evil, because that is precisely what a late term abortion does? You all make me sick to my stomach! You are evil in the flesh.
And as for all those Jews who so famously quote that 'never again' mantra of theirs, where are you in this debate? When did you intend to start that 'never again' thing because MILLIONS of innocents are being methodically slaughtered in the cities of America all the while you are chanting your mantra and parading about in Congress strutting your stuff and promoting killing of innocents as a right? And don't tell me to 'tone it down', because I am turning it up! I am never going to be silent on this issue--NEVER. And when it turns GOD's stomach then there will be bombs falling out of the sky raining destruction on NYC, and Washington DC and Los Angeles, and Atlanta, and Denver, and Omaha and every place where the killing fields are located.
All of you had better repent because the kingdom of GOD is at hand for you. There is a coming judgement day for America because I believe that the horror of abortion also turns GOD's stomach and HE is not mocked. GOD wrote in stone 'thou shalt not kill' and I am sure HE also meant that for that wicked Carhart.
