Thank God for Stasia Zoladz Vogel!

Stasia Zoladz Vogel of the Buffalo Regional Right to Life, said in reference to Sen Hillary Clinton talking at Canisius College of Buffalo, " allowing Clinton to speak at a Catholic College is like taking a member of the Ku Klux Klan to address foreign trade and saying, 'well, he's addressing foreign trade, so it doesn't matter."

Also, article by David Allen Jared's op-ed piece in the useless.knowledge.com, opposes Judge George Greer and Michael Schiavo's attempts to put Terri to death by starvation. Read article at http://www.useless-knowledge.com/1234/jan/article511.htm/

Another excellent article to read, is the "Refugees Rights v Reproductive Rights UNFPA Population Control Campaign Threatens Kosovars", by Joseph Meaney, in Vol 9, Number 3, of the April/May issue 1999 of PRI newsletter. That article is old but to update it you would just have to add the countries of Afghanistan, Iraq, and the Sudan, plus the Indoneisian countries affected by the tsunami, to the names of countries where USAID is giving out "emergency" contraception' and "abortion kits" as the solutions to their poverty. That article makes the point of the thinking of all the proabort groups, that is, if a person is poor, "they cannot have children" --surely a form of ethnic cleansing and eugenics. IS a poor person not entitled to have children? Is a person who is homeless [refugee] worst off if she or he is surrounded by children who love and are loved by them? Is a natural disaster or an act of war in any nation a sufficient reason to depopulate the nation? I say NO, loud and clear!

Praise God for GA's Bobby Franklin!

Good news! State of Georgia has two great Republican Representatives, Bobby Franklin and Mike Coan, who have introduced a bill to ban all abortions there and to prosecute abortionists. Well, I have always said that if killing of innocents is a wrong, then abortion is wrong! I applaud these brave and righteous men who want to make Georgia a leader in the nation and not a follower! YES, all abortions should be banned and all abortionists prosecuted. Killing the innocent with premeditation is a sin against God and it should be clearly labeled "homicide" by all levels of government and it should be prosecuted. Can any State or nation long endure that allows the future citizens to be purposely killed and ground up for "research"??

Also, more good news! According to Life News today, a 19 yr old woman has won a judgement against the Portland Oregon All Women's "health care" abortion clinic, for not informing her of the link between breast cancer and elective abortion, when she had an abortion there in May, 2001. She indicated on the medical history intake form that there was a history of breast cancer in her family. That information, coupled with the significant risk of breast cancer induced by elective abortions, makes it highly probable that she will develop breast cancer. She sued saying the "clinic" should have told her of this fact in order that she could have made an appropriate decision. She is represented by Jonathan Clark who said the clinic could not defend its actions and settled the claim out of court for a "confidential" [read HUGE] amount of money. The link between elective abortion and breast cancer has been known since 1994. I quote, using the fair use doctrine principle for teaching, from LifeNews report and Karen Malec who has pushed the cause of informing women of this link for years now:

Karen Malec of the Coalition on Abortion/Breast Cancer said, upon hearing this news, [quote]

"According to research in 1994 by Janet Daling and her colleagues at Seattle's Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, teenagers with a family history of the disease who procure abortions before age 18 have an incalculably high breast cancer risk," Malec explained.

"Abortions that occur before the birth of a first child are the most carcinogenic, a finding supported by biological and epidemiological evidence," she added." [end quote]

Some bad news: Activist Judge on the federal level. Stanwood Duval, of US District Court is trying to block the Choose LIFE license plates the State of SC is wanting to issue. Like all Activist and unconstitutional Judges who cannot read the words of the Constitution, he is using his office to attempt to prevent the prolife message from going out, and to discriminate against prolifers. IF business applied his way of thinking to any business in this nation, there would be NO businesses in this nation! Let me sum up his objections:: oh, but the proaborts may not like it; oh, but the proaborts will be inconvenienced by having to create their own license plate; oh, but the proaborts will lose their market share; oh but the proaborts won't be happy with me and pay me my bribes/ kickbacks; oh but the proaborts may not be able to propagandize as well; oh but the proaborts will not make as much money killing babies and where will that leave me come reelection time??

I absolutely think it is way past time to require that federal judges abide by the US Constitution including the right to life, as the Constitution says that all Judges are duty bound to obey it.

For the love of God and of this nation, read the Constitution and demand Judges who can read and who will honor the written words of the US Constitution also! Do not settle for socialist Judges in this nation!

Prolife Legislation.

According to an article in the Life News, President Bush has stated that he will support two pieces of federal legislation on the prolife cause. The first entitled, Child Custody Protection Act, would prevent anyone other than the parent from taking a minor child for an abortion. The second one entitled, The Unborn Child Pain Awareness Act, would require abortionists to tell women who consider abortions after the 20th week of gestation, that the baby will feel pain and offering the baby anesthesia during the act of destruction as the abortionist tears the baby limb from limb.

Also, more good news. According to article today in the Atlanta Journal, The Georgia General Assembly [Legislature] has a bill there requiring hospitals to ask unmarried women who the father of the baby is. I truly believe that all babies have the right to know who their daddy is!

Conflict of Interests for Public Schools

According to an article by The Denver Herald-Dispatch news on January 20,2005, entitled "Amgen Award nominations are due Jan 31 for science teaching excellence." Amgen, a biotech company that "discovers, develops, manufactures, and markets important HUMAN therapeutics" is planning "unrestricted cash awards of $5,000" to teachers, who "seriously impact" students. Now, I ask you if that sounds fishy to you, because it certainly does to me! Why are the students who are in school because of mandatory attendance requirements, not necessarily of free will, being subjected to teaching that violates morals of most of this nation's citizens? Also, why is Amgen. a controversial biotech company, allowed to decide what constitutes good teaching? Why are the public school teachers allowed to take cash from a marketing company? That would be considered a conflict of interest in most professions. Where are the loyalties for the teaching goals going to be set?

Most teachers who are tenured would not be fired no matter how terrible they are, or what they teach or how many students fail, so do teachers see the Amgen "awards" program as just another source of income, i.e if they teach the subjects Amgen considers important, and "choose" the students whose work uphold the goals of Amgen, such as indoctrination into the use of embryonic stem cells as "cure" for anything, then will they be "awarded" [bribed] $5000, thus raising their income?

I think the whole idea of any company using the students as ways to increase their market share of anything via the use of "authority figures" required by federal law, is wrong. Students are supposed to get a true education and not a brainwashing into consumers for certain brand names for any company. Students are supposed to learn to think for themselves, not spout out propaganda for Planned Parenthood, parent of ??Amgen and how many other companies built upon the blood and tissues of human babies, aborted.

Also I found this news interesting from the UK version of the BBC Janueary 24,2005: The UK is paying 270,000 students up to 30GBP per week to stay in school! Socialism has taken a new turn for the schools--paying the students to attend! I find that as shocking news as once I read where students were "sentenced to school " as a punishment for crimes in the US! Article entitled "Students get 100 GBP bonus payment" .

Also, another article shows how desperate some nations are becoming to increase their birth rates, when what they should do is make abortion illegal. From the UK version, BBC news, January 24,2004, article, "Lib Dem plan to help new mothers" is a plan to give women who have a first baby a weekly benefit of 170GBP for 6 months time, in order to help them afford children. On the one hand, anything that encourages women to produce live babies is GOOD, but on the other hand, for sustainability into the future, it would seem that the Legislators would realize the best solution that would not cost the UK taxpayers a dime, is to make abortion illegal! Then women would have children without government interference ! It has always worked that way.

Thanks to Virginia Delegates Cole and Black

My thanks to State of Virginia Delegates Mark L Cole of Fredericksburg, who has authored a bill that states the Constitutional right to "enjoyment of life" is "vested in each born and preborn human being from the moment of fertilization." Delegate Richard H Black said, "you can see from the Presidential election that the American public are deeply concerned with the direction of our culture, and they are increasingly prolife and "a time is coming when abortion will end in America". Also Delegate Black said, "I don't know of anything the Nazis ever did that was more barbaric than what we [as a nation] do in performing these abortions....the fact remains that the child suffers pain. For the abortionist to go into some idealogical discussions is the height of cruelty." I am praying that these bold men will stand firm for life and not budge one iota from the truth!

Also, in Montana, Rep Penny Morgan, a Republican introduced HB 231, that would make it criminal to injure or kill a baby in the womb in an attack against the mother. Her bill supposedly mirrors the bill passed in California called the Laci and Connor [Peterson] bill.

Thank God that the winds of change are blowing across this nation, and pray that the heinous act of abortion in all its many gruesome forms, will be illegal again soon. Pray for God Himself to show Himself strong on behalf of the preborn humans, and shut down every killing center around the world.

"A New Commandment I give unto you" ,

Jesus said, " a new Commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another ; as I have loved you , that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another." John13:34

Imagine what this world would be like if all humans loved God the way HE deserves and if they all loved each other as the children of God! The peace and joy that would be possible is probably beyond human imagination. It would be supernatural! The fighting and the killing would stop. The hatred and persecution of believers would stop. The corruption and crime would end. The fraud, and abuse, and disinformation for monetary gain would all end! Wouldn't it be wonderfuf?

I believe that if every person would resolve to follow the Commandments of God for his or her own good and well-being, and determine to be guided by Jesus's new Commandment and also, the one "therefore whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do you even so to them; for this is the law and the prophets" [Matthew 7:12] , this groaning-with-sorrow planet would take a deep sigh of relief. If you want respect, be respectable. If you want love, give love to all. If you want blessings, share what you do have with others expecting the words from Scripture to be true, "give and it shall be given to you" [Luke 6:38]

Somehow, the love of God has to take root in the world and grow like the Cedars of Lebanon. I am fully persuaded that it is the moral duty of believers in the ONE true God to teach His words and His wisdom and most of all, His love.

Pray that many will read this message from the US, and know that God reigns over us, and over them too, and that HE has not forsaken those called by His name. Let this message be like a candle lit in the darkness of hatred around the world that has been causing brothers [in God or in the flesh or in Abraham] to kill brothers or brothers to hurt their sisters, or sons to kill their fathers, or mothers to kill their offspring in the womb, or otherwise, or wives to kill their husbands for property; and shine the love of God far and abroad, and end the killing!

"For God so loved the world, that HE gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Hurray to Michigan!

Thank you to Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm who signed into law the Pregnant & Parenting Student Services Act, designed to provide students in the state with a center that will give information and help to stay in school and carry their babies to term. Two prolife groups. Right to Life and Feminists for Life, said they worked on this bill for five years according to Ed Rivet, a spokesman for Right to Life of Michigan.

Also, thank you to Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee, who has endorsed legislation that would require parental consent for minors to be either presented in person before abortionist or before a notary public, who would check identification. This bill is intended to stop the use of fake parental consent forms for those minors seeking abortion.

Also, thank you to singer and songwriter, Paul Baloche, who wrote, "Open the eyes of my heart" who will lead the 11th Annual National Memorial for the Preborn and their Mothers and Fathers, on the same day as the annual March for Life in Washington. The event will take place in the US Senate Russell Building Caucus Room, and is open to the public and free.

Philadephia 4 on trial for reading Bible in public!

Well, we all knew it was only a matter of times before that ungodly 'hate crimes" bill was used to prevent the teaching of God's words! In fact, the only purpose of it is to undo the First Amendment rights of Christians! The wicked knew that and the Christians with an astute mind could see it coming too, but now it is here. In the city of Philadelphia, often called the "city of brotherly love",Christians have been arrested and are being prosecuted for reading from the Bible on public streets. Philadelphia should be renamed The City that hates God!
The four who were arrested on October 10th, 2004 for reading the Bible Scriptures that oppose homosexuality are: Michael Marcavage, Dennis Green, Mark Dienere, and James Cruse. They are bold and righteous men and I ask all of you to pray that they will be released from prison and congratulated for being bold men willing and able to suffer for their faith! The idea that homosexuality must be "tolerated" or "legalized" is such an affront to me and to any who believe the words of God. There are no ambiguities in God's words about what homosexuality is, i.e. an abomination according to Leviticus 18:22. Also, Romans chapter one ends with saying that those who do such things are "worthy of death". It is such an act of depravity that even dogs won't do it!t
The very idea that the Police of Philadelphia would arrest Christians for exercising First Amendmenr rights should tell you that the Police Depts of this nation are NOT taught the US Constitution or the Bill of Rights but instead Big Brother bullying tactics! And raw police power as a job description. Will the US let this unprecedented act of aggression against Christians go unopposed? I sure hope not!
Write the Mayor Philadelphia at fax number 215-686-2180; Also, please write the District Attorney who compounded the insult to injury by changing the charges from "obstruction" * to "criminal conspiracy"in order to be able to charge the men with felonies. His email address is DA_WEBMAIL@phila.gov. And write to US Senator Rick Santorum by using url http://santorum.senate.gov/public and click on the "contact me" links.

* The real obstruction came about when the "Pink Angels" homosexual radicals surrounded the Christians and attempted to block their egress and their message. The police there did not charge the perpetrators of the obstruction but the ones who were obstructed! Surely that is an unconstitutional show of force against Christians! And that is illegal according to the 14th
civil rights amendment! Pray without ceasing that philadelphia will be inundated with calls, faxes, and protests and more Christians than ever before will flood into there and speak the truth of God on every street. Let the Christians rise up and take this nation back while it still can be done. Communism which is the underlying goal of those who work the "separate and divide" principle is not an improvement on liberty. "Now The Lord is that Spirit and where the Spirit of The Lord is,there is liberty." II Corinthians 3:17

Emergency Condoms for the UN, they cry.

According to news sources, SPUC [Society for the Protection of Unborn Children] and C-Fam, the UN Population Fund has asked for $28 million dollars to hand out emergency condoms as a solution to Tsunami survivors! Their "reproductive" kits also include abortion inducing drugs including the dangerous morning after pill, and "portable abortion kits". If that fact does not make you stop and think what the real agenda of the UN is, nothing will.

In any life-threatening crisis, is the first thought on any man or woman's mind, "oh let us stop and copulate"? I do not think so! I think the life threat to the nations of a Tsunami that killed nearly 150,000 or a 150,000 depending on what sources, has probably not caused the first and foremost response to be elimination of the population in the future.

The UN said that they needed that much to "reestablish their reproductive health care". Well, anyone who knows God would ask the obvious question: maybe it was their "reproductive health care" aka abortion clinics that brought the wrath of the Tsunami in the first place, and maybe Asia is better off without any baby-killing activities. Does God bless those nations that kill the innocents?

Remember God's words, "be fruitful and multiply" in Genesis 1:27-28.

Also, thank yous to International House of Pancakes in Englewood, Colorado, for their placemats that have written across the top, "be fruitful and multiply" in big, bold letters. Thank God that some companies are waking up to the economic reality of a flat-line population growth, that abortion on demand brought to this nation, and doing something to counteract it.

"And The Lord spake...saying"

"And The Lord, spake unto Moses, saying, 'speak unto the children of Israel, when a man or a woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against The Lord, and that person shall be guilty; then they shall confess their sin which they have done;" Numbers 5:5-7a

Confessing our sins keeps our hearts pure before God and gives Him the chance to forgive us. It requires humbling ourselves before Him and admitting what we did wrong. It admits that God is sovereign, all-knowing and ready to forgive; and that we confess our sins in order to be in right standing with Him. It keeps our vertical relationship intact!

"For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted." Luke 14:11

Thank yous to these Honorable people...

So many people have done and are doing great things and need public affirmation of that. I know that because my own work has often created much controversy, and little praise. So let me publicly say a Thank you to these people:

President George W. Bush for publicly asking people to help the tsunami relief efforts.

South Dakota Governor Mike Rounds for saying he will sign the bill that makes all abortions illegal in his state, and for saying, "if it saves lives, which is what our goal is, I would feel morally obligated to sign the bill", and also, "I'd like to see Roe v Wade repealed." [Me too, and I just pray, Dear God, let that happen!] Info from LifeNews Jan 4,05, article, "South Dakota Governor would sign Legislation making abortion illegal".

Steve Jalsevac, Editor of LifeSitenews.com, for his powerful letter he wrote and emailed to his readers about the importance of the prolife efforts and the results of it. That letter is one of the most persuasive I have ever read.

Dr.George Isajiw, of Physicians for Life, for opposing the inclusion of "emergency contraception" which is really a chemical abortion in the medical protocals for rape treatment, and for these words of his, re: EC, "you're giving a dangerous drug that's not doing any good, or you're causing an abortion. ...As a moral principle, a woman has the right to defend herself against an aggressor, but she doesn't have the right to kill the baby." First reported by McCullough, Philadelphia Inquirer, 12/31/04 and again by Illinois Federation of Right to Life on 1/3/05 in article, "DOJ omits Emergency Contraception from Sexual Assault Treatment Guidelines".

The Federal Drug Administration (FDA) for chastising the makers of Seasonale, a contraceptive, that has underreported the excessive bleeding that women experienced. The FDA letter said in part, "the risk information that is presented in the ad is minimized by the compelling visuals, fast paced scene changes, and other competing modalities, such as background music, and SUPERs, occurring simultaneously during the presentation of risk information in the TV ad. This complex presentation distracts from and makes it difficult for consumers to process and comprehend important risk disclosures." Info from Lifesitenews.com, Jan 05.

International thank you's to these:

Ambassador to the US Prince Bandar bin Sultan, who said, "the kingdom [of Saudi Arabia] has historically been on the forefront of nations providing assistance to others in need, and it will do so now..." in response to the tsunami in Asia that killed 145,000 people, last count. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has given $10 million dollars to the relief efforts.

Israel's Chief Rabbi, Shlomo Amar, who said of the tsunami, "G-
d is angry...we must pray more and ask for more mercy" and the website, Ynet, he said, "the nations of the world are obligated to observe the seven Noahide laws, such as prohibitions against murder, and illicit [sexual]relations." Reported by Lifesitenews.com Jan.03,05.

Chief Executive of Australian Federation of Islamic Councils, Amjad Mehboob, who said the tsunami was a "test from God".."He wants to see how we react to this. If we react with compassion, our hearts are filled, and we do something about it; then that act in itself is something God wants to see in us. We turn to God, we become God-conscious, and when we become God-conscious, we do good and not bad, and we seek good in others." Quoted by LifeSiteNews.com in article, "Top Israeli Rabbi, Indian Catholic Bishop, Anglican and Muslim Leaders agree..."
------------------------
Also, Thank you to these collectively:
State of Georgia Legislators for these Prolife Bills:Woman's Right to Know Act, Unborn Victims of Violence Act, Parental Notification for Minors seeking abortion, Human Cloning Prohibition Act, and Choose Life License Plate Act.
