Human life in womb is a preexisting condition, protect humans!

In the news this morning are articles that Comrade Sebelius and Comrade Obama are planning more attacks on wealth and children. The propaganda piece about Sebelius says she is forcing insurers to cover preexisting conditions for 'children' that she defines as only out-of-the-womb and up to ages 27 [ but the amendment about voting defines an adult as 18]. Well, a human in the womb is a preexisting condition and the communist regime of Obama-Pelosi-Sebelius-Kerry-[democratic-communist party] have made it plain that they have waged war against those in the womb. And Obama's attack on wealth is the communist platform entry that is redistribution of wealth and nationalization of all assets of the nation. In his one year in office he has taken over the banking industry to destroy them by removing all student loans and the interest thereof from banks and shifted it to the fed government, and he has taken over the automobile industry and the health care to make it a killing service for those in the womb, the sick, elderly, handicapped, Jewish, etc. And they have taken over the internet, and the regulatory agency of ICANN and tried to control it --who could write on it, who could read what on it, etc. He is a Hitler and he is an arrogant deceitful treacherous lying s.o.b too. I want to remind you of some of the real laws of this nation, some of the words as written in the Constitution and all of the actual amendments. There is no such right as a 'right to abortion' or the 'right to health care' or the right to government controlled housing either; as you will see if you read all the existing amendments included here for your convenience courtesy of Cornell University and also some highlights of Constitution with my comments in brackets to help you understand].
Article I of U S Constitution:
Section 1.

All legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.[and therefore NOT vested in the President or the Supreme Court].
++
..Section 7.

All bills for raising revenue shall originate in the House of Representatives; but the Senate may propose or concur with amendments as on other Bills.[new health care
tax did not originate in the House but in the Senate]
and this clause from Section 9 of Constitution:
..No preference shall be given by any regulation of commerce or revenue to the ports of one state over those of another:[how about those deals with the devil to buy votes that were made or coerced to create government takeover of health care ??}

...Section 4.

The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors. [I suggest the US do this immediately for Obama consorting with the enemies of the US and with his Sec of State also doing that and individual members of Congress including Pelosi also consorting with the enemies of the US]
++
..Section 3 of Article III:

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct
lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted
for as Vice-President, and of the number of votes for each, which
lists they shall sign and certify, and transmit sealed to the seat
of the government of the United States, directed to the President of
the Senate;--The President of the Senate shall, in the presence of
the Senate and House of Representatives, open all the certificates
and the votes shall then be counted;--the person having the greatest
number of votes for President, shall be the President, if such number

the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot,
the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken
by states, the representation from each state having one vote;
a quorum for this purpose shall consist of a member or members from
two-thirds of the states, and a majority of all the states shall be
necessary to a choice. And if the House of Representatives shall not
choose a President whenever the right of choice shall devolve upon
them, before the fourth day of March next following, then the
Vice-President shall act as President, as in the case of the death or
other constitutional disability of the President. The person having
the greatest number of votes as Vice-President, shall be the

Communist Obama tried to fry my computer a few minutes ago

I criticized Obama in an earlier entry today and then he and his communist party in Congress tried to fry my computer for daring to criticize his killing regime. I despise him and the sooner he goes to hell, the better off this nation will be.
Gloria Poole; Missouri; time is 8:02 PM, 30-March-2010.
Did i tell you how they tried? Via infrared connection through my cell phone. I had to turn off my cell phone to be able to sign back into my own private computer. When all you fools wake up and read the handwriting on the wall, you will realize you have unleased a Frankenstein.

Dems spent Millions traveling world, sightseeing

The demoncrats have traveled the world at taxpayer's expense. Obama's two luxury vacations in 9 months time cost taxpayers about $20 MILLION dollars. H Clintons and that no-good B Clinton costs the taxpayer's hundreds of millions in their see-the-world travels. Dems throw luxury parties for instance in Denver and they did on the backs of the poorest of Colorado. Dems are evil. If Obama wore a scarf like the 'terrorists' do and if he had not graduated biggest killing U in the nation, he'd be labeled a terrorist by all standards since his goal is to kill many Americans when they are most vulnerable. If he had not bought the democratic party by manipulating banks with his grandmother's knowledge of insider trading of banks, he'd have no power. He has no power in the eyes of GOD already because his heart is evil toward GOD's innocents in the womb. GOD is not mocked. It is written, 'be not deceived. GOD is not mocked. For whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap." Galatians 6: 7.
When Obama-Hitler gets his punishment for the evil of implementing abortion as a false right, he is going to bust hell wide open as my daddy would have said when he lived. My only question is what nation is GOD raising up to take down Obama and his evil voodoo krewe of killers of innocents? And when and how? I believe Obama will answer to GOD and so will Pelosi, and all those who voted to kill innocents in the womb as an evil [and false] right since no such right was ever voted on to amend the Constitution and the dems cannot amend it by themselves. Pray GOD defeats Obama and his evil scheme.

JESUS is risen from the dead & Is alive forevermore

It is written, 'and behold, there was a great earthquake; for The Angel
of THE LORD descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone
from the door [of the sepulchre] and sat upon it. His countenance was
like lightning and his raiment was white as snow. And for fear of him
the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And The Angel answered
and said unto the women [who had come seeking JESUS in the tomb] 'fear
not ye; for I know that ye seek JESUS which was crucified. He is not
here; for HE is risen, as HE said. Come, see the place where THE LORD
lay. And go quickly and tell his disciples that HE is risen from the
dead; and behold, HE goeth before you into Galilee; there shall ye see
HIM; lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulchre
with fear and great joy; and did run to bring HIS disciples word.
And as they went to tell HIS disciples, behold, JESUS met them saying,
"all hail". And they came and held HIM by the feet and worshipped HIM.
Then said JESUS unto them, 'be not afraid; go tell my brethren that
they go into Galilee and there they shall see Me. "
Matthew 28:2-10, KJV

This is the reason Christians celebrate Easter or as some call it Resurrection Sunday. Jesus rose from the dead on Sunday which is the first day of the week.
Other verses tell us that HE ascended to heaven and is alive forevermore.
See Revelations.

Not just no but 'hell no" says Gov Jindal of La, to 'reform' takeover

I quote from Timothy Cahill of Massachusetts from his letter in the online
Wall St Journal today:

"As state treasurer, I can speak with authority about the Massachusetts
pilot program. It has been a fiscal train wreck.

The universal insurance coverage we adopted in 2006 was projected to
cost taxpayers $88 million a year. However, since this program was
adopted in 2006, our health-care costs have in total exceeded
$4 billion. The cost of Massachusetts’ plan has blown a hole in the
Commonwealth’s budget. Just last Thursday, Gov. Deval Patrick’s
office announced a $294 million shortfall related to health-care
costs." Mr Cahill is the State Treasurer for Massachusetts.
9:08 AM 3/26/2010
I quote Bobby Jindal's letter in same article in Wall St Journal today:
5) We don’t want to be labeled the party of “no.” As it pertains to
this bill, how about “hell no”? Newt Gingrich is
saying we should “repeal and replace.” That works." Bobby Jindal is
Governor of Louisiana.
I quote Phil Gramm:
The fundamental question is about who is going to do the controlling:
the family or the government?"
I quote Congressman Mike Pence from Indiana:
We can renew our commitment to seniors in Medicare and pursue the kind of reform required to achieve its long-term solvency.

Finally, if we repeal this bill, we can restore the historic prohibition on using public
funding for elective abortion. House Democrats were wrong to exchange 30 years of pro-life
statutory protections for a piece
of paper from the most pro-abortion president in American history".
I quote Gov Mitch Daniels Governor of Indiana:
"They could also create tax credits for buying health insurance based on income"..
All of these quotes are from Wall St Journal today. There is much more to their letters
of protest than these quotes. Please read the entire article at:
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB20001424052748704896104575139830588195568.html
And from NY Times article today written by Rep Paul Ryan of Wisconsin is this quote:
The Democrats’ fiscal arguments never did add up: they claim that their program will reduce
the deficit even though the federal government will pick up the tab for more than 30 million
uninsured Americans and subsidize millions more. Even after accounting for the $569 billion
in tax increases and $523 billion in Medicare cuts, the true costs of this legislation
— concealed by timing gimmicks, hidden spending and double-counting — will make the
deficit explode, plunging us deeper into debt.Washington already has no idea on how to pay for its
current entitlement programs, as we find ourselves $76 trillion in the hole".
My comments to the news today are these:
1) if republicans allow the demoncrats to decide, the good people should probably start emigrating since the plan is to shift as much of your wealth to insurance companies controlled by government as possible.
2) if republicans don't begin to truly understand that the American people who do not want abortion on demand are the MAJORITY then it shows they don't do their homework, and that they are not in touch with America. That is a HUGE problem that has to be corrected asap.
3) republicans overturned slavery--they can overturn Obama and his killing plan.
4) republicans read the US Constitution --it is a few pages [less than 10] and it defines what the federal government is supposed to do.If you don't understand it, call up the Professors at Univ of GA that teach business law and or the Constitution and ask them.
4) detach Obama's name from it so he has less incentive to force it on the nation. He is an arrogant s.o.b if there ever was one, and he should be impeached for that 'reform' bill that is nothing but socialism.

Update: I forgot to mention this. I am Christian and the cross that was on my profile as my icon is my photo of one of my many oil paintings. The only reason I changed it to my signature is to help me get control of my name, my paintings, and my photography. One of the hosting companies I did do business with for 6 years tried to steal my albums and my photos of my original paintings. Because some of them were painted when I was married the second time but I am divorced the second time and I painted my paintings and Gloria Poole is my real name. I am adding my photo of my painting back to this entry to prove that I painted it and the painting itself and the photo and the copyright belong to me:
Update today after reading my email:

Quoting Janice Shaw Crouse of Concerned Women of America as sent to me in alert today:

"Leaders across the nation — nearly half a million strong — have already signed the
Manhattan Declaration declaring that moral principles
take precedence over laws that ignore the value of human life and individual freedom. These
deeply-held religious beliefs are inviolable, non-negotiable, and they are protected under
the U.S. Constitution. Thousands of America’s Orthodox, Catholic and evangelical Christian
leaders have laid down a gauntlet: By reaffirming the fundamental truth that life and liberty
come, not from man-made laws, but from God, we have joined together “to defend the sanctity of
life, the dignity of marriage as the conjugal union of husband and wife, and the rights of
conscience and religious liberty.”
10:13 AM 3/26/2010
And about the Manhattan Declaration of Christians of all denominations agreeing on the goals
to strive for in this nation, in late 2009.
I quote from the Manhattan Declaration with this drafting committee:
"DRAFTING COMMITTEE
Robert George
Professor, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence, Princeton University

Timothy George
Professor, Beeson Divinity School, Samford University

Chuck Colson
Founder, the Chuck Colson Center for Christian Worldview (Lansdowne, VA)" who together wrote the
words included here as quotes and also the entire Declaration.
"We pledge to each other, and to our fellow believers, that no power on earth, be it cultural
or political, will intimidate us into silence or acquiescence. It is our duty to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in its fullness, both in
season and out of season. May God help us not to fail in that duty." And also this quote:
We will be united and untiring in our efforts to roll back the license to kill that began with
the abandonment of the unborn to abortion." And this quote:
And so we defend and speak for the unborn, the disabled, and the dependent. What the Bible and the
light of reason make clear, we must make clear. We must be willing to defend, even at risk and
cost to ourselvest and our institutions, the lives of our brothers and sisters at every stage
of development and in every condition." And another quote about the Christian viewpoint of
marriage from Manhattan Declaration:
Marriage is what one man and one woman establish when, forsaking all others and pledging lifelong
commitment, they found a sharing of life at every level of being—the biological, the emotional,
the dispositional, the rational, the spiritual— on a commitment that is sealed, completed and
actualized by loving sexual intercourse in which the spouses become one flesh, not in some
merely metaphorical sense, but by fulfilling together the behavioral conditions of procreation."
And continued with this: "...we pledge to labor ceaselessly to preserve the legal definition of
marriage as the union of one man and one woman and to rebuild the marriage culture." And this quote:
"Christianity has taught that civil disobedience is not only permitted, but sometimes required."
And the summary statement of Manhattan Declaration is:
"Because we honor justice and the common good, we will not comply with any edict that purports
to compel our institutions to participate in abortions, embryo-destructive research, assisted
suicide and euthanasia, or any other anti-life act; nor will we bend to any rule purporting
to force us to bless immoral sexual partnerships, treat them as marriages or the equivalent,
or refrain from proclaiming the truth, as we know it, about morality and immorality and marriage
and the family. We will fully and ungrudgingly render
to Caesar what is Caesar's. But under no circumstances will we render to Caesar what is God's."

I am mad as h-ll about all of this news today:
This tidbit of news from Yahoo news today, quoting that article:
"By 57-42, Democrats rejected an amendment by Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Okla., barring federal purchases of Viagra and other erectile dysfunction drugs for sex offenders. Coburn said it would save millions..." Letting se-xu-al offenders out of prison in California AND giving them stimulants smacks of stupidity to me but hey, it's that fake Pelosi leadership at work.

And last evening I read several of the articles in CNN, Yahoo, Google about the 'reform' plan of Obama-Pelosi and this is what I gleaned from those articles:
if you are not sick you'll love the plan since it has no deductible for well people seeking services 'to prevent disease';
if you are sick, you new deductible might be $5000+ even for Medicare insured folks;
If you are an employer and you don't offer insurance /provide for insurance to your employees you will be penalized $2000 per employee so there will be fewer and fewer jobs in America;
If you don't pay the mandatory taxes to insurance [a mandatory payment ordered by a government is a TAX] then you will be fined from $695-> up to 2.5% [recheck that figure ] of your income as a fine in the Court of health care I guess.
The four new 'boards' to supervise your health care will make millions.
Unknown how badly Medicare will be impoverished yet, since it has been postponing treatments for some people already, for years.
These are the Representatives in the US house that opposed the radical rewrite of the health care delivery system in America:
Rep Nathan Deal of GA
Rep Joe Barton of Texas
Rep Whitfield of Ky, 1st district
Rep Shadagg
Rep Buchanan of Tx
Rep David Dreier of Calif

those opposed to bad 'reform ' bill that rewrites the Constitution and affects every industry in America:
Rep Tom Cole of OK
Rep Jack Kingston of GA
Rep Todd Tiahrt of Kansas
I am going to add more to this because I want the American people to know how this 'reform' bill was railroaded through Congress by ignoring or stifling republican opposition to it, and how the dems tried to create a one-party tyranny over the nation.
Continued with those opposed to radical 'reform' bill :
Rep Marsha Blackburn of Texas
Rep Dale Kildee of Michigan said he would not compromise his soul to vote for a bill that paid for abortions with taxpayers' money.
Rep Joe Wilson of SC who was rudely cut off in middle of his time by the temporary speaker who was Rep Jay Inslee of Washington at that time I think. The speaker functions rotated since the real speaker was wheeling and dealing with Obama in dereliction of the duties assigned to her paid job.
Rep Paul Ryan said the only possible outcome of the reform would be rationing of all ssrvices [ my note:if insurers cannot refuse any patient or cap services they would have to stretch every penney paid in; it's nazi medicine in the making].
Rep Ryan also called it a 'fiscal Frankenstein]" [morphing unexpectedly into a harmful entity.]
Continued with those opposed to takeover of America by socialists:
Rep Darrell Issa of Calif who said it violated the earmarks rule of "rule 21" of the US House of Representatives rules but they sort of ignored that too.
I already stated that Rep Poe of Texas was opposed but he said that no where in the Constitution does Congress have the authority to force purchases by citizens of anything.
Update at 9:28 after reading article in Wall St Journal via Google news:
"Pristine opposition is being spun as a Republican liability. It looks
to me like a Republican resurrection. The party hasn’t yet discovered
what it should be, but this clearly was a party discovering what it
cannot be.
Put it this way: If you produce a bill that Olympia Snowe of Maine
cannot vote for, you have not produced legislation “for the generations.”
You have not even produced legislation that is liberal. You have
produced legislation from the left. You have produced once-in-a-lifetime
legislation that no Republican from any constituency across
America could vote for."
Quote from this article in the Wall St Journal on line news via Google news today:
http://online.wsj.com/article/SB20001424052748703312504575141861671228600.html/
Please read entire article--it sums up the deal of 'reform' as :
democrats = state power
republicans =people power

And how about the Pentagon which is supposed to be the seat of the military becoming the protectors of sodomites and perverted people? Do you feel safer yet? Don't you just hate the idea of the US Military becoming one giant hotbed of perverted individuals all patting each others' behinds and watching them as they shower? I cannot think of a more effective way to destroy the nation and cause contempt around the world for the US Military than the news today that the Pentagon is going soft on such perverted individuals when they discover them. The US Military as pansy force of the world? P-L-E-A-S-E get a grip on reality America!

LifeSiteNews is being attacked for publishing truth

I am adding this public appeal to this blog because I like LifeSiteNews and John-Henry Westen for the continuous publication of the prolife news and his committment to that respectively. It tells much info the world needs to know especially in light of the prodeath events of Congress this past Sundary evening. Quoting from newsletter sent by LifeSiteNews.com - Monday March 22, 2010; with permission, see the ending paragraph:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"LifeSiteNews is Under Attack

Dear readers,

This letter is hard to write, and it is long, but we are sure you will find it compelling reading.

LifeSiteNews is under attack - a sustained and focused attack, and we need your help and support at this time. Let me explain.

Over the last year we witnessed the President of the United States manipulate and undermine the very system and society he was elected to defend. With the majority of the country opposing his health care bill, Obama has been willing to put his presidency on the line, not to mention democracy - in order to implement the ideology of extreme anti-life groups.

We published many revelations about the national and international dangers of the Obama presidency related to the issues of life, family, faith and culture. These revelations have caused some to view LifeSiteNews as being too negative and prone to sensationalism or having a political agenda - which we do not.

They refuse to believe that the presidency of this man, who appears so reasonable and concerned about the downtrodden, could actually be the subject of so many alarming reports.

We hoped that the facts would speak for themselves. However, the attractive image and inspiring, but too-often deceitful words of leaders such as Barack Obama, have in the past fooled the people of many nations. Hence LifeSiteNews is seen to be the bad guy - for merely telling unwelcome and uncomfortable truths.

Last year we also saw Catholic Church officials in Massachusetts allow a scandalous near-canonization funeral for Ted Kennedy, arguably for many years the leading Catholic U.S. political proponent of abortion and same-sex 'marriage'.

The entire pro-life movement and many others were aghast that the Catholic Church would allow the funeral to be so blatantly used to idolize a man who was in many ways an arch-enemy of the Church. of life, of traditional morality. LifeSiteNews reported extensively on this scandal. For this we have received intense and still continuing backlash from some well-connected persons within the Church.

They are doing everything they can to falsely malign LifeSiteNews and its credibility and, it seems, have been spreading this poison everywhere they go. And they have been succeeding in convincing some people to believe their malicious propaganda.

And over the last year we have watched the executives of Development & Peace (D&P), the official international development organization of the Canadian Bishops' Conference, scandalously deny mounds of evidence proving they have been using Catholic donations to fund pro-abortion social justice groups.

In the most recent part of the saga, D&P has released a document, "Questioning Development and Peace," that significantly adds to their on-going verbal barrage of assaults against LifeSiteNews.com - a barrage that is having adverse and tangible effects on our organization.

D&P writes, in reference to LifeSiteNews and another pro-life organization, Campaign Life Coalition, that, "These groups are part of the far right wing fringe element of North American society and have themselves been associated with groups and individuals who have resorted to violence to publicize their cause and achieve their objective."

What does the reckless proclamation of such harsh and completely unfounded charges say about those who are making them? Remember, this is supposed to be an official arm of the Canadian Bishops' Conference!

Reason and facts appear to be making no impression whatever upon the intransigent leadership of D&P and its proponents, who are sowing considerable confusion among the faithful.

Despite volumes of compelling Internet, photographic, and direct interview evidence, this situation remains unresolved, and we are amazingly still being attacked for allegedly misrepresenting the truth. .

Unfortunately, Development and Peace has a far greater access to Canadian Catholic Church institutions, publications, parishes and bishops across Canada than does LifeSiteNews. They are also networked internationally to other Church media and institutions. The vast majority of these have not read the LifeSiteNews reports on D&P and therefore, in most cases, have sadly mistakenly accepted the outrageous D&P claims at face value.

It is our obligation to continue with hard hitting news reports on the Obama administration's dangerous actions; on scandals such as Kennedy funeral; and D&P and, in the US, CCHD funding of abortion advocacy groups. However such reports have resulted in scathing assaults against LifeSiteNews.com.

Some who are startled by the influence of our reports and the loss of control over messaging and media they once had, are increasingly seeing LifeSiteNews as the enemy. Hence our motives and credibility are being attacked, while the solid facts in the reports are ignored or glossed over.

One result is that donations during this crucial fundraising campaign, a campaign we rely upon to sustain us until mid-June, have been lower than they should be. For instance, some of our previous donors have informed us that it is due to their confusion over the Development & Peace matter that they are not donating. They have never had to question the honesty of notable Church representatives and find this difficult to deal with.

Additionally, there are other negative results of the determined slander campaign. One of these is the very sensitive issue of Zenit News agency refusing to run a paid ad for LifeSiteNews. This was totally unexpected and is painful to report.

Late last year Zenit, with whom we have always had a positive relationship, began a new program of adding a paid ad to the top of their daily news email to their hundreds of thousands of subscribers in many nations. We immediately saw this as a great opportunity to expand our readership into an international market that would likely be very receptive to our news service.

Here is the ad text that we placed into Zenit's automated ad creation system:

Title: "Indispensible" News on Life, Family, Culture
Text: Fr. Thomas Euteneuer, Human Life International - "LifeSiteNews is literally the best and most reliable source of information on the Church as it engages in mortal combat with the culture of death."
Austin Ruse, C-Fam - LifeSiteNews is "indispensible."

News on our website or free daily news emails - comprehensive, truthful, faithful to Catholic principles.
Link: http://www.lifesitenews.com/

When the Jan. 11 date came on which our ad was supposed to show, the ad was surprisingly not there.

I called Zenit and to my shock learned that it had been declined, although we were never advised of this. When I spoke with Zenit's US Bureau Chief and asked the reasons behind their decision, which I found odd since they have used LifeSiteNews stories in the past, she told me it was based on our conflicts with various bishops over D&P. A number of calls and respectful emails to Zenit management for further clarification received no response.

And yet, Zenit had published an article on the D&P controversy written by Salt&Life television, which is managed by Fr, Tom Rosica who has been a severe critic of our D&P reports. Zenit did not contact LSN for our side of this issue or publish any of our reports on it - even the one from the Peruvian bishops pleading for a halt to D&P funding of pro-abortion groups in their country - or the one about a D&P funded group backing a family planning bill intensely opposed by the bishops of the Phillipines.

However, it is not my intention to point fingers at Zenit. They are an excellent service to the Catholic Church, their staff are exceptional and we still hold them in high regard. But this situation is important to mention because it demonstrates the continuing negative effect of the campaign by Development and Peace and it allies to poison others with unfounded information, unjustly malign our reputation and divert attention away from the facts.

While we are used to verbal backlash, and proudly stand on the side of Truth, D&P's scathing attacks are truly costing us. We have been shut out of an important opportunity to reach a large international market of people who would very likely benefit from reading our reports and consequently bring about much needed cultural change.

I am sure that you can relate with me when I tell you that often times I feel powerless in this fight for the Truth. But at the end of the day, we both know where true power comes from.

We have also received fewer donations than expected over the course of this crucial fundraising campaign, and some of our previous donors have informed us that it is due to their confusion over some of the issues mentioned above. For this reason we are asking your help and need you to make a financial gift to LifeSiteNews if you have not already done so.

Obama has shown he will not relent on his radical push for anti-life and anti-family measures. Some Church leaders have shown that they do not comprehend the great social and spiritual dangers of our times - the D&P and US CCHD scandals have demonstrated that more than a few within those organizations have no understanding of the Christian principles they supposedly strive to promote and would rather continue their "inadvertent" funding of pro-abortion and otherwise anti-Christian groups than admit the truth.

Simply put, if Obama, weak Church leaders and D&P or CCHD get their way, it is the innocent who will suffer.

For the sake of all that is at stake, LifeSiteNews will continue to reveal and report the Truth, not what is politically correct or what pleases the largest number of people or what is safe. And we will continue to take the hits that come our way. The times we are in calls for this.

As French theologian Godefroid de Fontaines put it: "It is better to preserve the truth, even at the cost of a scandal than to let it be suppressed through fear of a scandal."

But we need you to help us carry the burden because as we have described, the material means supporting this work are lacking.

I know that many of you have donated already and we are so thankful that you have responded to our call. Please forgive us for sending you these appeal letters even after you have donated. This is in no way a sign of ungratefulness on our part we simply send all communications to our entire list.

If any of you are yet to donate, or can spare another contribution, please do not hesitate. Our critics strategy of trashing anyone who dares to question their questionable is seemingly working.

More than ever, we need your continued support to carry on this mission of exposing this and other grave scandals.

Secession only recourse from Big Brother Govt??

I watched c-span last evening as the democrats controlled the debate totally cutting off Republican questions and the temporary speakers refusing to answer questions. I watched the mockery of justice. I am not proud of Congress at all because it made a way to subsidize the killing of the innocents in the womb. I think that decision sets the U S on a path in the crosshairs of GOD HIMSELF who said HE avenges innocent blood. I think it will be a prelude to another war and probably on U S soil as was the civil/domestic war. I thought there were some republicans who gave wonderful speechs about why republicans and prolifers oppose the Obama-Pelosi killing plan. And I wonder what was the price tag for that Stupak trick? What was his 'deal' that bought his vote? Since he sold out. Also I noticed that almost every state had some representatives against it and some for it--a house divided. I also noticed that they did not declare the roll call vote of who voted how,on the wicked Senate bill to hide their votes from nation.
I took 24 pages of notes on it and want to write them but this is a preliminary if you want to call it that.
The Representatives I liked as they talked are Rep Eric Cantor of Virginia who said 'the government should stop spending money it doesn't have" and the government 'must not force those who fundamentally oppose abortion to pay for it."
And Rep Phil Roe of Tennessee who said the bill was a 'massive expansion of government' and that 37 states including Tennessee intended to challenge it at the Supreme Court level.
Rep Kevn McCarthy of California's 22nd district said Washington borrow 43 cents of every dollar it spends.
Rep Cathy McMorris Rogers of Washington State said US is on a 40% deficit spending ration, and that is unsustainable [as it would be for a household too]. And she quoted former President Ford as saying 'a government big enough to give you everything you want it big enough to take it all away."
Rep Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginis said the Congress and Obama had many broken promises and millions of unfunded mandates; and called this bill 'generational debt' that will burden the next [coming] generations for 3 or 4 generations, and urged 'stop the bill'.
Rep Paul Ryan of Wisconsin was excellent. I loved his inclusion of the reference from founding documents that our 'rights' as citizens devolve from nature and nature's GOD". He said also the bill would make most of the population dependent upon the federal government [ through the bank takeover, automobile industry takeover, the dept of education was taken over decades ago] and now the health care industry takeover, and that the bill would create a European welfare state and cause yet another debt crisis. He called it unconscionable and so do I. It is a plan to depopulate and ruin America and the enemies of America must be thrilled.
Rep Lummis of Wyoming said the bill creates 20 new taxes, moves Tricare the plan that provides health care for veterans and their families away from DoD supervision, and transfers the interest of student loans from banks [causing more bank meltdowns no doubt since most of nation has those debts] to the federal government.
Rep John Kline of Minnesota said in his district the ratio of those opposed to those for the bill was 13 to 1.
Rep Scott Garrett of New Jersey said the bill is unconstitutional since Congress has not legitimate authority to mandate what citizens have to buy.
Dr Tom Price of Ga who is a Medical Doctor said this bill violates every principle of good health care and the trust between doctor and patient will be permanently damaged by this bill because it requires government to tell or allow doctors to do anything.
Rep Brown_Waite of Fl said it will increase premiums, increase national debt, increas taxes cut Medicare benefits raid Social Security, cut benefits to anyone on any plan.
Rep Nunes of California said it is socialized medicine and that 'absolute control over health care' by government.
Rep Tiberi of Ohio said it only adds 32 million to the system called 'broken'.
Rep John Linder of Ga's said the bill is not about health care but government control.
Rep /medical doctor Gingrey of Ga's 11th district was one of the strongest opponents to it, saying he had delivered 5300 babies and believes this bill to be harmful to the nation. He said the bill 'penalizes poor families' .
Rep Gomert [?sp} of Texas said it is government takeover of health care.
Rep [Ms or Mrs?} Bachman of Minnesota called it 'dangerous".
Rep Dan Lungren of California warned that the President's executive order/trick to buy Stupak's vote is unenforceable and meaningless. That President only has the authorized power to veto or sign a bill and not create new laws by himself, and he reminded nation of how contemptous Obama was of Bush for executive orders, reminding nation of how wishy-washy and treacherous Obama is.
Rep Paul Broun of Athens Ga said the 'simple truth [this bill] is a killer..kills over 5 million jobs, kills economic freedom, kills family budget, kills our future since it funds abortions with taxpayer dollars" and he said we should 'kill the bill.'
Rep Sullivan of Oklahoma said it provides for 500 Billion new taxes and takes/steals 500 Billion from Medicare.
Rep Nathan Deal of GA said it is unconstitutional mandate on the states and will increase Medicaid greatly.
Rep David Dreier of California asked for roll call vote on Senate bill [which was ignored I think they recorded them electronically but did not cause them to answer as roll was called to declare their votes publicly]. He was a good speaker too.
Rep Roy Blunt of Missouri said the trillion dollars collected in new taxes and stolen from Social Security [from the poorest nation in decades] will be spent in only 6 years.
Rep Tom Cole of Oklahoma said it takes $523 Billion from Medicare to divert it to a new entitlement.
Rep Lincoln Dias-Balart of Fl said ir raids Medicare and is a 'fiscal catastrophe" and that the 'standard of living and the middle class will be historical memories." The plan will impoverish the middle class for certain.
I am writing backwards from my notes started with last page going forward and will have to continue this later. There were some good prolife efforts in the earlier pages and I want to include those too.

The Pelosi Swindle is explained;fines for no ins 2% annual income

There are two articles today in the NY Times that address the issues of the health care reform as schemed in a different perspective than their usual 'pump up the democratic party' tone. The one article named "Procedural Maneuvering and Public Opinion' is a little skewed I think, because I think the American public [including me] care very much if and how they are swindled.
That deem and pass trick is roughly equivalent to you walking into a car dealership to look at the new cars and the salesman saying to you because you walked in the door, we 'deem' you to have entered into a contract with us and now you owe us money. That sort of trick or maneuver as NY Times tries to label it, would not be acceptable in any other legal transaction, nor in any other form of commercial exchange for example for real estate purchases. To vote on a brief rules proposal does not mean the vote carries forward on every other proposal before the houses of Congress simultaneously. The Constitution says that both houses have to pass /agree on/vote on in the affirmative EVERY bill that becomes law. If they don't agree, don't vote yea, don't vote at all, the resolution/bill does not become law. That is not procedural maneuvering but the law and the intent/purpose of having two houses of Congress--so the people in this nation have lawful and appropriate representation.
The other article tells the tricks and 'maneuvering' involved to try to trick the representatives in Congress in voting yea:

Douglas Holtz-Eakin, President of the American Action Forum explains the 'creative' financing of the Obama-Pelosi
swindle called health care reform in this article in the NY Times today:
http://www.nytimes.com//2010/03/21/opinion/21holtz-eakin.html/
I quote from that article:
Removing the unrealistic annual Medicare savings ($463 billion)
and the stolen annual revenues from Social Security and long-term care
insurance ($123 billion), and adding in the annual spending that so
far is not accounted for ($114 billion) quickly generates additional
deficits of $562 billion in the first 10 years. And the nation would
be on the hook for two more entitlement programs rapidly expanding
as far as the eye can see.

The bottom line is that Congress would spend a lot more; steal funds
from education, Social Security and long-term care to cover the gap;
and promise that future Congresses will make up for it by taxing more
and spending less. "
It is an excellent clear article that puts into words what Americans
know in their heart to be true--that robbing from one entitlement to
create a new unfunded entitlement is insanity, and it is ruinous to the
nation.
Please read the entire article because it explains the financial tricks
that Pelosi and Obama are using to spin their web of deceit.

Update at 1118 AM after reading some more:
This quote of Matt Leffingwell spokesman for republican Congress woman Kay Granger of Texas' s 12th Congressional District said:
"He cited a piece of is the legislation that gives “expanded power of
the Internal Revenue Service. The IRS could be able to hire 16,000
addition agents, auditors and other workers to enforce the new taxes
and penalties. This is something we’re just learning about.
These agents would verify [citizens] have acceptable health care
coverage and the IRS could fine you up to $2,250, or 2 percent of
your income, whichever is greater,” he added. “Most people don’t
know what’s in this legislation.”
This quote from this article:
http://mineralwellsindex.com/homepage/x1112100300/A-healthy-change/
Of course, you know that I am opposed to it regardless of how it is financed because it is intended to expand abortion services. It is a heinous sin against GOD who wrote "Thou shalt not kill' [Exodus 20:13] and it is a crime against humanity, destroying whole entire nations. The plan to depopulate America must be defeated absolutely. I know some of the press is saying the democrats 'have the votes' but if you read their entire article about 4 paragraphs down they say that have not yet secured committments from some legislators so they are conning America . They do not have the votes, they are doing what is called a push-pull the results that the mainstream propaganda presses are trying to accomplish for Obama. They are not reporting the news they are reporting what a few legislators want to happen. They do not have the votes. That is why they are using tricks, deceit, sleight of hand 'creative financing' [robbing from one entitlement ( Social security} to create a new entitlement that this nation cannot afford.

NYT fake public forum:thanks for Cao firm no; Barbara the blimp

These are my comments that I logged into the NY Times to add to the blog The Caucus that was at community.nytimes.com/comments/thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2010... this morning, that they have not posted by moderator yet and seem to be censoring. I am adding them here to document illegal censorship of prior restraint of prolife views, that is unconstitutional on the face of it. Censorship routinely of one segment of the population in an advertized add your comments to a public discussion is unconstitutional. I am a member of the public citizenry and a US citizen, and an educated one being a Registered Nurse and with a business degree from Univ of Georgia. These are my comments:
Several comments and responses:
1) The US is a republic not a democracy. A democracy would be similar to all citizens voting by internet on each bill. We as nation have elected representatives to decide public law.
2) The US Congress is not a single party. The push-pull of our system is supposed to be a checks and balances against corruption or against the tyranny of the mass hysteria, or of any particular despotic leader.
3) The US Constittution defines the real laws and any new 'right' that attaches to all citizens must be written as an amendment to the Constitution and voted on by the people in every state and if 2/3 of the states' populations vote yea, then it is ratified, otherwise it dies. There is no such right as the right to health care nor is there any such right as the right to abortion since neither of those were ever voted on by the voting poplution of this country. The U S Supreme Court has no authority to create new public laws.
4) What is best for this nation is best for any nation and the number one thing a nation has to do to survive is reproduce humans. Any public law has to be viewed in worst case scenario that if every individual in the nation believed it and adhered to it, if the end result would be death of the nation. that is a bad law. The health care bill being debated in limited controlled deceptive ways is a very BAD policy because if every woman in America believed that was legal was also moral and followed the law then the US would cease to exist in a couple of generations. There would be no future generations, no future taxpayers, no need for government because the majority of the population in US is already in their 60's.
5) Abortion is not health care but premeditated merciiless slaughter of the innocents in the womb. As such it should never be codified as a right any more than say there would be a 'right' to kill those in Congress whom the nation did not "want". The wantedness of an human cannot determine whether or not the person has the right to life. Each human is wanted by GOD who created each human being and developed in the womb to HIS specfications. See :
http://sites.google.com/site/newsforlife/humans-in-womb-photos/
for some photos of how humans look in the womb, and amniotic sac.
6) A nation that cannot or will not protect its tiniest most defenseless citizens cannot and will not protect any other citizen either. If the US cannot protect innocent human babies, who could it protect? What cause would be worthwhile if not human life?
7) The health care bill is bad for many other reasons:
a) it is an unconstitutional attempt to control the income of the citizens and mandate what they must buy. There is no authority for Congress to mandate any expenditures for any citizen of any product or service. If the nation allows the usurpation of the Constitution then anarchy reigns. If the nation accepts rule by mass mob of hysteria pumped up by Obama and democrats' spin machines and p.r. campaigns then as a nation we have by definition become not a nation of order and law, but a nation where whoever has the biggest fund for pumping propaganda into the nation, has the power . Remember how Hitler accomplished what Obama is doing by going town to town? Hitler did the same went from town to town but because mass media was in its infancy he used megaphones while standing on the back of trucks to spread his p.r. that the Jews were the problem with the nation. Obama's scapegoat is a primarily private system where one has the health care one could afford. That is also true of cars, or houses, or jewelry or any thing or service. Why should health care be different?
b) The U S Congress could write a bill without including abortion as a newly defined 'right' or as a 'health care' since it is not, and it could make it voluntary for people to join the government exchanges or for those disabled or too old to work as Medicare was intended to begin with and not raid those monies paid into by working citizens and expect it to pay the catastrophic events in health care that enable a person to live and not encourage death with dignity as the current phrase that is used to promote death as health care, says.
c) The enormous amount of paperwork of that bill is a GIANT clue that is a major redefinition of every aspect of health care, and the paperwork would be continued into every doctor's office, every hospital, every health care provider. Many doctors have for years complained that they had to hire another staffer with special skills in writing to do the paperwork involved for Medicare/caid and most do not like it. It extends their work load, controls their patients, decides who gets what procedure or medical service and when, and how much the doctor gets paid or if he gets paid.
d) Insurance does not heal anybody. It only pays for services. Services could be acquired and are acquired in a variety of ways already.
e) It creates a monopoly of health care at govt control of if,who, how, when.

The tricks of the Nancy Pelosi scheme to bypass an actual vote on the Senate bill, as required by the Constitution
and decency in government is explained in an article in the LA Times today. Essentially it is a a trick of
the Speaker of the House saying she is taking the place of the House of Representatives and deciding by herself
what the laws will be. She's a con-woman from the getgo. And California, did she ever once come there
to see the damage of the earthquakes or the fires that burned half the state in 2008, or any natural disaster?
She is not a resident of California but of Washington DC and she votes for inside the beltway buy-votes tactics

out the way they were supposed to. The program is $47 million over budget and costs are 27 percent

Update at 12:38 Pm, same day after reading article about how the health care bill has the goal of expanding abortion. Quotes from Representatives who won't vote for health care bill
because it expands abortion [and thank GOD!]:
"But Representative Anh Cao of Louisiana,
the only Republican who voted for the bill in November, said he could
not support the current
measure because of its “expansion of abortion, an absolute moral evil".
And also : "At a news conference on Saturday morning, 13 House Republican freshmen
assailed the measure. “Let’s kill this bill,” said Representative
Cynthia M. Lummis, Republican of Wyoming."
And also this quote:
"Democrats are considering a procedure that would allow the House to
pass the Senate bill without taking a direct up-or-down vote —
a maneuver that Republicans continued to denounce on Saturday.

Representative Joe L. Barton, Republican of Texas, described that
procedure as “a sleight-of-hand subterfuge” that would allow
lawmakers to avoid accountability. “This process corrupts and
prostitutes the system” and
could “unleash a cultural war” over the legislation, Mr. Barton said."

CNN has several news videos this evening and another one I liked was the John Boehner video of him briefly explaining to America why it is bad bill. I am praying that Boehner, and Cao, and Carney of Pennsylvania and Driehaus of Ohio, and Dahlkemper and Arcuri and Lynch, and Barton, and Lummis, and John Linder of Ga, and all of GA delegation will vote no to the plan to kill off the future of America. Of course I am praying that all republicans and all who believe there is a GOD and HE is not Obama, to vote no on a plan that has loopholes to kill innocents!

Reply to Wash Post / AP article today health care

I read the Washington Post article today written by AP writers and also the editorial in the NY Times today on the topic of the impending health care vote in Congress. And I have these comments:
1) The Washington Post article in listing the 'overhaul' of a bad bill makes the point that abortion is still in the 'overhaul' and would still be listed euphemistically as 'health care' when it is not-- it is premeditated murder of the tiniest most innocent humans and those are in the womb. Sleight of hand tricks and what real estate sales people call 'creative financing' is what caused the worldwide meltdown of the financial structure of all the major nations. Sleight of hand tricks [imagine the hat in the rabbit trick of magicians] and robbing from one established fund to create new entitlements for citizens who are not old and or disabled and or unable to work for a variety of reasons, will not 'reduce the deficit' and will not save money. It is a trick to raid the Medicare Social Security funds to provide 'benefits' for homosexuals and abortionists. It is still a bad bill. As Sarah Palin said, 'putting lipstick on a pig, does not change the fact that is is a pig' or something like that. The health care bill is a pig. A smelly distasteful verboten unconsumable pig that will swill trillions in a decade. There is no way it could not do that. Because if the government forces the citizens to buy insurance they create a monopoly. A monopoly does it own thing without regard for consumers. If insurance cannot mitigate risks and have to accept those that they know are going to costs them in the $500,000- 1 million category in money paid out then guess what, they are going to raise the premiums for everybody to cover that. On the other hand if they were not monopolies and insurances companies had to compete, prices would come down and benefits [services paid for] would go up.
2) The most recent 'overhaul' as detailed by the Washington Post article says it includes 'cuts in Medicare spending'. What does that mean if not rationing the services paid out on seniors and disabled ? I have Medicare because of disabilities and yet I have every time been expected to pay from $40 -$88 per visit in addition to what Medicare pays. That is a lot of money for me because I paid into the system in mandatory taxes for more than 25 years, and I currently pay $96 each month for Medicare insurance. So does that mean when the 'cuts in Medicare spending' are implemented as written by millionaires in Congress, that for any visit to any MD I will be expected to pay more than a $100 per visit or what? Do you consider that an improvement? When I went to nursing school 4 decades ago, a doctor's visit was about $40 for a new patient. Then the government started controlling the costs and the fees for new patient visits have risen every year and the services have decreased every year. When I was a student nurse, MD's actually did a physical exam when you went to their office. But then Medicare told them they only had to do them annually so they stopped doing them. The Medicare 'minimum standards' became the standards in all facets of health care delivery because that is what Medicare/caid pays for and requires.
3) And regarding the Editorial in the NY Times entitled 'On the verge of reform' think is all I could say. If you add 32 MILLION people to a system that cannot afford the people it already insured for the past 4 decades to the system, it will not 'reduce deficit ' spending. It will add to it. Because there is no money to pay for those 32 MILLION and swapping money from a fund paid by workers into the system to buy the help they need when disabled or old, is not a solution. It is fraud.

Updated at 8:25 AM after reading article in the Tampa Bay news on google:
In this article, Ten Things every voter should know, in the Tampa Bay
today are some serious issues.
Article makes the point that the mininum fine for not having insurance would be $695 per person. Think how many doctor visits that would buy at $80/ per visit--more than the average citizen needs in a year.
And their point that 'employees not required to provide insurance' is a trick since it says in following sentences that employers will be fined if one of their employees seek public assistance for insurance like Medicaid. That means the government will be watching/controlling not only how citizens spend their money but also how employers do. And that means that the government would hold employers accountable for the family lives of their employees. That will virtually eliminate after school jobs for high school students and minimum wage jobs of any member from poor families, and it will cause the prisons to swell because if in reality a family is to poor to pay out of pocket for health care they will also be poor to pay those fines and then what happens? Prison for poverty a first in America.
Is America a serfdom yet?
And their point that the plan would 'reduce payments for preventable hospitalizations' is a blank check to insurance companies who usually do hire high school graduates only and do not hire specially trained and educated to health care
for their agents. So if they put a high school graduate into a job where they get to deny benefits and get a bonus, is it a far leap of imagination to reason that it will be increasingly difficult to admit anyone to a hospital no matter how sick they are? And what happens to hospitals then? When they have no source of funding? That evil hospice has siphoned off most of the money that once went to hospitals for
care of the terminally ill. And the 'plan' to prevent hospitalizations aka "ObamaCare" to try to link his name and reputation to a ruinous bill [but he is Harvard educated and learned voodoo economics and does
not know it is ruinous or does not care indeed] siphons away from acute care hospitals their main source of funding [sick people].
And their point that all the poor will also be covered by Medicaid. Well, that is virtually meaningless. Because I suspect that means things like getting your BP and vital signs checked at the local grocery store in public with all consumers watching and no history taken or physical exams otherwise. The poor who are poor because they
are not hireable because of injuries /disabilities are already breaking the budgets of every state in this nation. When states have a mandate to provide 'health care' to all their poor whether disabled or not, then they have to stretch their dollars and ration and health care gets redefined as being only for those the government considers important enough. I am an example of that when the University of Colorado a socialized medicine system paid for by taxpayers of Colorado refused to repair my fractures because they did not consider me worth the expenditures of their money even though I paid into their system via taxes withheld from my paychecks while I worked there as an RN in the year 2003.
The fact of the matter is that the central government cannot be all things to all people. It could only do a few tasks well and what it should do is what an individual could not do by self or family for example
build roads, interstate highways ,deliver the US mail, fight wars to protect from invasion. But health
care /nursing could be provided by families and was provided by families as a general rule until
BIG BROTHER government saw a way to usurp something like 60% of the gross domestic income into their coffers.
And their point that the government won't pay for elective abortions. The operative word /trick there is the word
'elective.' All abortions are elective but the government has historically tried to reclassify them
as 'health care' by stretching definitions to include mental stress, or financial hardship, or interruption of
euphemistically labeled 'higher education' or whatever. There are currently no prohibitions on abortion.
And there should be. There should be NO right to kill one's offspring, not now, not ever, and there should
never be any such right as a right to kill one's offspring at taxpayer's expense. Yes, i know the Tampa Bay
writer says that would not happen but I worked in operating rooms and I am reasonably sure whoever wrote that article
did not. I know for certain abortions have no restrictions on them except a person's conscience.
I know for certain that MD's who kill with premeditation also lie on mandatory reporting forms.
I know for certain that MD's who are abortionists are not highly respected among other doctors or nurses.
I know for certain that the so-called health care given in an abortionist's clinic is substandard after having heard from the nurse who treated her in the ER, of a woman who almost bled to death after a botched killing effort when woman had to be sent by ambulance comatose to the local hospital [then] because abortion butchery shop had no emergency or resuscitative equipment.

I am not catholic but Southern Baptist [Christian] but I am very glad to see /read that the Catholic Bishops are clarifying the church's stand that the Bishops and the Catholic church do not accept the Obama plan because it includes provisions for abortion. And that article makes it plain that the Bishops think that the news media publicizing the views of Nuns to make it seem as if the catholic church changed its mind is nothing more than a trick to ease the consciences of Catholics in Congress. Read the statement in the Hattiesburg News on this at the link included.
Also, about 37 states are planning to challenge the interference into state's rights by the Congress if the health care fake reform bill passes. The federal government has no authority to mandate that any citizen buy any product or service. The news about the states planning legal challenges in a Reuters news article a few minutes ago.

Reply to NY Times op-ed nonsense today;

This is my reply to the Obama PR campaign in the NY Times today that is intended to push the opinion of the Congress toward the Obama killing plan. My reply is intended to push the opinion of Congress in the opposite direction toward human life protections.
The Editorial op-ed piece named 'More than..." asks a question that on the face of it shows how ignorant of a republic the NY Times editor really is, when the editor asks 'how did a small group get so much power?" I want to ask did you mean Obama? Because the Senators and Representatives are ELECTED by their respective states to stop legislation harmful to the nation. Gridlock is what they are supposed to do, IF the plan would be ruinous. Best analogy I could think of is a football game. The opposing side does everything in its power to prevent that touchdown, including tackling by force the quarterback. So let us not pretend that the US Congress is hindered by a handful of members with a conscience! Those should and must stop bad legislation from becoming public law. There is no such thing as a right to an abortion. Rights that encompass the nation according to the US Constitution could only be created through a Constitutional Convention and a Constitutional amendment to the existing constitution which through existing amendments guarantees to all except innocents in the human womb the right to life and the right to an appeal in any situation where they are in danger of losing their lives or limbs. The prolifers want to extend the Constitutional protection to the humans in the womb. That is our goal and that is the only possible outcome of the events of the past 4 decades since that ungodly and immoral Roe decision tried to flaunt the laws of GOD in the face of the American people.
The current 2700 page resolution /bill is not law yet. It is a major redinition of every facet of health care delivery and it includes an effort to create a 'right to abortion at taxpayer's expense' without amending the constitution as it is written currently. The attempt of Congress to do a runaround of the true laws of this nation is one reason they are in danger of being lynched politically if not actually.
And NY Times, you are behind the news but of course we prolifers in the nation know it is the only way you could hold your collective heads up in public, to stay ignorant of the facts of humans in the womb, and the gruesomeness of that horror abortion and the fact that the nation is opposed to abortion as a majority opinion now.
And the way the news and Congress is trying to put a spin on the word reconcialiation to make it distasteful is not accidental. The word means that both houses of Congress [Senate and House of Representatives] have to find enough common ground that the plan as proposed is acceptable to a majority of both houses. That is the way all laws should be created. It is not an anomaly or a fracture of the system, the system is supposed to work that way. The problem was that for 4 decades the wicked were making the rules and evil organizations like Planned Parenthood were pulling the strings of Congress like they were wooden dolls on a puppeteer's gizmo.
However you spin that proposed plan in congress it is a major attempt to regulate every facet of health care, who and how a person gets to medical schools, who is allowed to have medical schools, what they learn there [death delivery instead of health delivery called 'end of life counseling " but in reality a suggestion that a person should self-destruct], etc, etc, etc, and it includes premeditated murders of innocents in the womb as a 'health care reform' when it is a horrible sin against GOD.
GOD is not mocked. This nation is in deep trouble everywhere and the root cause of that is the nation's leadership turning away from the Commandments of GOD to do their own immoral ungodly thing. Every nation that tried to legitimize child sacrifice and homosexuality have been destroyed by GOD until they were only remnants of themselves left.
A two track plan for those who kill innocents and those who do not kill innocents would and does make the US a house divided. In Matthew in Bible, JESUS warned that a house divided against itself does not stand.
Community health centers have provided for and referred for abortions for probably 3 decades. They use deceptive words and the HIFAA laws to prevent the families from finding out what is going on at those places and at 'school based clinics". They exist on Medicaid money paid to kill and that is why GOD HIMSELF is slowly but surely removing all resources from America, who used them wrongly.
And last but important, if you substitute in the last paragraph the phrase 'gassing of Jews with Zyklon B gas" see if your responses would be different. For instance if it read, 'gassing of Jews with Zyklon B gas in scheme to kill them,' is a legal and medically valid procedure' as the NY Times ' Editor put such inflammatory words concerning the tiniest most defenseless humans [those in the womb] into their article today. Then see how well that would sit with Congress.

Updated 16-March-2010 @ 8:21 AM after reading this article, that is more rational:
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/03/16/opinion/16pewen.html/
After having endured/survived bad health care that tried to label every physical problem I had including fractures and concussion as 'hysteria' or 'mental illness' then realizing I would die if didn't get a GOOD doctor, and praying, and found a private MD who from the goodness of his heart, helped me repaired my fractures, cared enough about me to give me the will to live, I have these comments about the health care system, and these are comments of a Registered Nurse who knows how the system is supposed to work:
The health care reform that is needed is:
1) federal government to repay the Social Security fund that was not theirs to raid, and was in fact, the money paid in by workers in this nation to 'buy' services of either disability income and insurance if/ when they could not work and or old age pensions.Yet the government plundered that money and now those recipients are made to pay more money to get services that were promised and that they paid into a system sometimes for 25-50 years to get! That is a major reason why citizens do not trust the government. It has reneged in many ways on Social Security.
2) That the services that the Medicare taxes that were after a mandatory tax that has existed for decades, were intended to provide, be actually provided, and not a 'bait and switch' manueuver by the fed gov't of 'oh you might have thought you were buying services for your needs if disabled or old, but what you actually were funding was the premeditated killing of innocent babies." NOT Acceptable to me or any righteous person! Not now not ever.
3) That the federal government cannot raid the Social Security fund or any fund that workers are forced to pay into in the form of a tax to get 'benefits ' for themselves at a later time. If private insurance companies did not pay their annuities or honor their insurance agreements the government would shut them down. But the government has had an above the law attitude all alnog and that is the problem. Corruption in government on almost all levels and in probably 40 of the 50 states of this so-called union. Where mandatory victims' comp funds are collected by force [prison if not paid] to be siphoned off into the governor's slush fund and that are never used to actually help the victims of violence is an example that i know of first hand.]
4) That the federal government NOT add any new entitlements since they cannot afford and do not administer well the entitlements that they created in the 60's {Social Security and Medicare].
5) Medicare pays doctors on average $200-300 per visit. That is good money. especially for 1-5 minutes of their time. But they do not require that they actually do anything to get that money. The doctors are told not to prescribe anything that costs money, not to test, not to prescribe [because good drugs cost the government money, whereas killer drugs are probably cheap. ]
6) Medicare 'benefits' seem to have eroded into the privilege of paying taxes to get an empty promise. No guarantees of any sort of health care delivery that will save your life. No guarantees that you could find a good doctor. NO guarantees that he or she will order tests that are considered routine diagnostics like chest xrays for a productive cough that lingers for weeks or pain in chest or shortness of breath.
&) That devil Kennedy broke the Medicare if it is broken as the government often says with his plan to put everyone in the world on some sort of drugs and him get kickbacks from pharmaceutical industry.
Gloria Poole, MIssouri.
4)
