Senate vote no to Kagan & to Chatigny; No to blood from 'gays"

This letter /email was sent to me via email by Concerned Women of America last week, and I quote it for purpose of teaching the public about a radical Judge that the wicked are trying to put in higher places: "We expect a U.S. Senate committee to vote tomorrow, Thursday, June 10,[but it was delayed -see entire post] on the nomination of Judge Robert Chatigny to a higher place in our
federal court system - a seat on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the
Second Circuit.

Judge Chatigny (pronounced Shot-nee) is a very bad choice for a
promotion. He is a biased, activist judge who is sold out to
President Obama's false standard of "empathy" - but only for the
criminals. Make no mistake, this man feels "empathy" only for the
worst of criminals - usually males - and not for their victims
- usually women. His bizarre defense(!) of the notorious,
brutal Roadside Strangler who raped and murdered eight girls and
women (their ages - 14, 14, 16, 17, 17, 19, 23 and 25) sparked no
fewer than seven ethics complaints against him! This is not a man
who deserves a promotion.

The U.S. Senate should exercise its "advise and consent" duty by
advising President Obama that they will not confirm nor consent
to the appointment of this evil man to the Second Circuit.

Please contact your Senator today by calling 202-224-3121 and tell
him to vote against the nomination of Judge Robert Chatigny to the
U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. A Senate committee
will vote tomorrow on whether or not to report the nomination to the
Senate floor for a later vote of the entire Senate. This nomination
ought to end in committee.

Update on 13th-June-2010 at 9:29 after reading some of news:
I read in the Google News today about another fool in office. Rep Mike Quigley fool extraordinaire is trying to lift the ban on perverts giving blood. That is one of the absolute WORST most evil ideas of all time. Human blood cannot be sterilized--sterilizing it would destroy the cells in it, that is the reason poeple need transfusions to begin with. So for perverts exposed to HIV and many of them with active AIDS to be allowed to give blood and spread the disease shows how really ignorant Mike Quigley is, and how evil his intentions for America are. Vote that fool out of office. He is too ignorant of medical knowledge to be making any rules for any body'e health care.
Update at 6:01 PM same day after reading some of CNN news that thankfully the FDA is not controlled by politics but science and voted no to blood from homosexuals:
"Health statistics show that men who have sex with men have a
higher rate of diseases including HIV, syphilis and hepatitis B.
Gay men who would be likely to donate have an HIV prevalence that
is over 15 times higher than that of the general population,
according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention."
A quote from article about the FDA upholding the ban on blood donations
by homosexuals.And also this quote: "The blood donations go through HIV
antigen screening (to detect antibodies produced by the body in
response to the virus) and nucleic acid testing. However, there is
a "window period" for about two weeks after an individual becomes infected
with HIV when these tests cannot detect the virus. Read the article in CNN news today:
