Is the Internet itself doomed to repeat 80's crash?

I have lost confidence in the internet . The criminals seem to outnumber the good people by a margin of millions : 1 . It seems I am not the only one. Here are some links to the proof of that:

I do not think the internet will survive for honest people. And I think many of the cyberattacks are political as the Obama regime tries to capture power around the world by spying on citizens and governments of other nations.
